Obara kuniyoshi is world-renowned educator, and the " Holistic Education " concept throughout the whole his thought. Its content abstruse, system and comprehensive introduces human development should be completely personality, overall harmonious development, including all human culture. From ancient time, human is pursuing their all-round development, and " Holistic Education " is a drop in the universe of human find yourself. It is also in constant development, the 1980s has become a worldwide education thought, and United States established school which make all-round development as purpose. Our earliest in Hong Kong, Taiwan BanJiao with all-round idea for purpose, and it fit in China's traditional education ideas. Along with the social transformation of the education reform, and the basic education accelerated pace big strides, quality education is regarded as the medicine for education reform, but the process of reform is inferior. This article through the research and analysis of Obara kuniyoshi " Holistic Education " thinking, makes review, reflection and prospect of " Holistic Education ", and makes evaluation and examine of its the essence and times value, in order to introduce it into China,and make it have certain practical necessity and possibility. So we can study the theory and practical results, and prompt our country's education reform and development.Paper is divided into four parts:Part: 1: Introduction. This part introduce the reason, research content and methods, and make a overviewin of Obara kuniyoshi education thoughts, and points out the theoretical significance and practical significance of this research.Part 2: Theorical explanation Obara kuniyoshi Holistic Education. From his thoughts origin and background, and then introduce based education theory content, and analyze the formation and core content of Obara kuniyoshi's thoughts. Part 3: The development and practice situation of Obara kuniyoshi "Holistic Education". "Holistic Education" theory is developing, from education thought beyond that wholesome worldwide flowering, results. And by comparing the similarities and differences of Obara kuniyoshi "Holistic Education " educational thoughts between wrold "Holistic Education", we can find the era development of "Holistic Education". Making "Life philosophy" in a jade as reference, and taking Taiwan and Hong Kong practices as example, we can have a thorough understanding of the practice of "Holistic Education ".Part 4: The thinking of "Holistic Education" to Chinese quality education. From the development situation of our quality education, this paper analyze the feasibility of introducing the "Holistic Education" into Chinese educational practice. The paper finds the have close relationship between "Holistic Education" and Chinese quality education in content and object, and "Holistic Education" also correspond with Chinese traditional educational ideas. We should promot Chinese education development by drawing lessons from "Holistic Education".
