Rural private entrepreneurs are economic elites in the village field and pioneers of rural reform and development.They have a broad vision and dare to try,and they have forged a new path to get rid of poverty and become rich in agricultural villages with a relatively simple industrial structure.Private business owners in H Village,Q County,Southeast Shanxi Province seized the golden period of the prefabricated panel industry and became the first group of people in the village to become rich by operating a prefabricated factory.Since 2010,the prefab industry has gradually declined,and they have embarked on the road of transformation and development.Following the trend of urbanization,they have entered the city to establish small home improvement companies,and their careers have turned a new page.In the two stages before and after,the social network of business owners has played an irreplaceable key role in the development of their business.Business owners give full play to their subjective initiative and actively construct,expand and consolidate their own relationship network.Because the specific types of capital differ between rural and urban markets,business owners also acquire different social habits.Under the constraints and guidance of habit,business owners have formed a social network operation strategy adapted to them,and finally realized the transformation of the social network operation logic.This research is devoted to deeply excavating the rheological characteristics of the composition,function,operation strategy and operation logic of the social network of business owners,explaining the complex impact of the operation of social network on the business development of business owners,and finally optimizing the operation of the relationship network for business owners and realizing the career of life.Take it to the next level with actionable advice.This study takes H Village,Q County,Shanxi Province as the research area,through field investigation,using in-depth interviews,observation methods,comparative analysis methods and other methods,based on social network theory,human feelings and face theory and field theory,aiming at the two periods when the business owners in H village ran prefabricated factories in the village field and home decoration companies in the urban market field,the operation logic of the social network of the business owners was analyzed,that is,the specific changes in the operation mode,orientation and norms,to explore the mechanism of the change of the social network operation logic of the business owners in H village due to going into the city for business,summarize the current social network operation logic of the business owners,and think about the impact of market logic on the operation of the home decoration company of the H village business owners,and how to reshape the logical structure of the business owner’s social network operation,promote the high-quality development of the enterprise,and ultimately promote the business owner’s life and career to a higher level.The basic conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The profound changes in the three dimensions of social network operation mode,orientation and norms before and after business owners enter the city to do business have jointly contributed to the transformation of business owners’ social network operation logic from human relationship logic to market logic.(2)Explore the mechanism of business owners’ social network operation logic change after field change.In the rural field dominated by social capital,business owners have acquired the habit of "emphasizing relationships over procedures","emphasizing forms over substance",and "emphasizing commitments over contracts".After integrating into the urban market dominated by economic capital,they have acquired new habits such as awareness of rules,utilitarianism,contractuality and litigation concept.Field switching leads to changes in habitus,which in turn affects the operation strategy of the social network of business owners.The business owner’s social network operation logic is a high degree of abstraction and generalization of a series of specific operation strategies,and an objective and regular understanding of the operation strategies.The adjustment of the business owner’s social network operation strategy finally promotes the change of the operation logic.(3)Summarizes the operation logic of the current social network of business owners in H village.In the urban market dominated by economic capital,in order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,business owners have formed a three-in-one market logic,namely efficiency orientation,contract spirit and rule of law thinking.(4)Consider the influence of market logic on the operation of the social network of business owners,and how to debug the operation logic of the social network of business owners to improve the ecology of the relationship network and optimize the quality of the relationship network.Market logic effectively promotes the accumulation of corporate economic capital and enables companies to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.Its positive significance is worthy of full recognition.However,the "overcorrection" of market logic also compresses the reasonable operating space of human feelings,so that the positive functions of human feelings in communicating emotions,enhancing recognition,and strengthening trust have nowhere to play.Facing the future,business owners should strive to create a pattern in which market logic and human sentiment logic complement each other,complement each other,and go hand in hand,so as to better improve the quality of network operations and serve enterprise development and career progress.
