In order to enhance the adaptability of vocational and technical education,vocational education has shifted from scale expansion to connotative development,focusing on curriculum and teaching reform,and achieving "zero-distance" employment.The construction of teaching materials has an important position in curriculum reform,the curriculum concept should be implemented in real teaching,and high-quality teaching materials are the basic guarantee of teaching quality.The project curriculum is a new teaching concept vigorously promoted by China’s vocational education,and the project teaching is gradually applied in the teaching practice of secondary vocational schools,and the project-based teaching materials are the basis for the smooth development of project teaching activities.The development and research of project-based teaching materials can implement the concept of the project curriculum and improve the quality of secondary vocational education teaching materials.By analyzing the relevant research results of domestic and foreign literature and its project-based teaching materials,combined with the current situation,teaching needs and urgent problems of the "Database Principle and Application" textbook of the secondary vocational schools surveyed,in order to meet the needs of society for talent training and the needs of students’ own development,and to comply with the teaching reform,this research has carried out the development and research of "Database Principles and Applications" project-based textbooks.Analyzing the current situation of the use of "Database Principles and Applications" textbooks and the current situation of curriculum teaching,it is found that the teaching materials used are written in accordance with the logic of subject knowledge,adopting the "discipline-based" textbook system after the compression of general education,the amount of textbook knowledge is rich,emphasizing the integrity and systemic of the discipline,but "empty and rigid knowledge center,lack of experience is difficult to form resonance",the learning content appears complicated,complicated,difficult,old phenomenon,the actual case is less,the orientation of skill goals is not strong.Therefore,this research carries out "project-oriented,task-driven" project-based textbook development research,and on the basis of conforming to humanistic learning theory,pragmatic education theory,vocational education curriculum theory and project curriculum theory,and follows the principles of student-oriented,practical,dynamic and scientific principles of project-based textbook development.Determine the goal of the development of project-based teaching materials for "Database Principles and Applications" in secondary vocational schools,use the "two-dimensional four-step five solutions" to analyze the job vocational ability points targeted by the course,refine the work tasks,and according to the curriculum standards,carry out the development path of "database principles and applications" with "project-oriented and taskdriven" project-based teaching materials,and complete the design of project-based teaching material samples.Finally,the reflection and discussion on the development of project-based teaching materials are carried out,the characteristics of the preparation of project-based teaching materials are analyzed,and suggestions for the trial of teaching materials are proposed.This study analyzes and expounds the development procedures,conceptual principles and content organization structure of the projectbased textbooks of "Database Principles and Applications",and is committed to strengthening the relevance of the "Database Principles and Applications" textbooks of secondary vocational schools,giving play to the functions of school education,and providing reference for the development of project-based textbooks for computer professional courses.
