| Under the new situation of modern education development,how to implement educational punishment reasonably and effectively is a common challenge faced by all countries in the world.Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education,and educational punishment in secondary vocational schools affects the educational management of secondary vocational schools.Rational use of educational punishment reflects the educational values of moral education,is conducive to helping secondary vocational students to understand and correct mistakes,avoid the recurrence of anomie behavior,and promote the overall development of secondary vocational students.Educational punishment is a kind of educational behavior with educational attributes,and its ultimate goal is to educate people.This paper uses literature research method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to carry out theoretical exploration,investigation and analysis and research on countermeasures and suggestions of educational punishment in secondary vocational schools.In the theoretical research,it summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on the attitude,system,implementation and effect of educational punishment,as well as related research results of running schools according to law.The concepts of educational punishment and school administration according to law are defined.With the positive behavior support theory as the theoretical guidance,the intervention mode before,during and after punishment is formed to investigate the current situation of educational punishment in secondary vocational schools.Based on the Noddings care theory,the caring representation of educational punishment is explored and the caring factors are integrated into the implementation level of educational punishment.In the investigation and research,the data of educational punishment of two secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou in recent five years were collected and analyzed,and the main types of disciplinary violations of secondary vocational students and the main disciplinary measures of secondary vocational schools were clarified.The questionnaire and interview outline of educational punishment for teachers and students of secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou were designed.The questionnaire data were analyzed and the interview content was summarized.The main problems existing in educational punishment in secondary vocational schools were found out: teachers and students of secondary vocational schools did not understand the implementation rules of educational punishment;Secondary vocational school education punishment system lacks prevention,supervision,relief mechanism,system is not perfect;Secondary vocational schools pay more attention to "punishment",but ignore "discipline",which leads to poor implementation effect.Combined with the specific situation of secondary vocational schools and the characteristics of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools,the main reasons for the formation of these problems are as follows: secondary vocational students are not highly disciplined and do not pay attention to educational punishment;Lack of educational synergy among secondary vocational teachers;The concept of rule of law in secondary vocational schools has just been formed,and the school has little concern for students’ psychological state,and lack of home-school co-education.According to the analysis of the main problems and causes,this paper puts forward the implementation strategies of educational punishment in secondary vocational schools from the three levels of students,teachers and schools under the background of school administration by law: promoting secondary vocational students’ active understanding of educational punishment through active education;To enhance the educational synergy of secondary vocational teachers in the implementation of punishment through professional training;Improve the educational punishment system of secondary vocational schools by promoting the concept of rule of law. |
