Research background: Bullying in primary and secondary schools continues to occur, which affects students' normal life and physical and mental health to a certain extent.Prevention and solution of bullying is one of the important responsibilities of mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools. The punishment of bullies is an important part of school bullying prevention and solution.Appropriate punishment methods can effectively reduce the occurrence of school bullying and reduce the harm to the victims of the bullied. In the practice of school bullying punishment, how to punish bullies scientifically and effectively is of great significance to solve the problem of bullying. Therefore, the formulation of the problem-solution-oriented school bullying punishment method needs further study.Research purposes: Based on the investigation of the punishments and suggestions for school bullying by primary and secondary school teachers, and combining with the relevant theories of school bullying punishment, this paper formulates the problem-solution-oriented school bullying punishment method,so that school bullying punishment can not only achieve deterrence and punishment to the bully, but also solve the bullying problem itself, and help the bully and the bully to restore the normal peer relationship.Research methods: The literature method and sampling survey method were used to understand the situation and suggestions of school bullying punishment for primary and secondary school teachers, and the school bullying problem-solution-oriented punishment methods were formulated.Sampling survey method was used to ask teachers to evaluate the rationality of the bullying problem-solution-oriented punishment methods, and according to the evaluation results, the punishment methods were revised.Research results:1.Through the investigation of school bullying punishment of primary and secondary school teachers,it is found that the purpose of direct punishment and indirect punishment are both the goals that school bullying punishment should achieve. The main purpose of direct punishment is to "make students realize their mistakes and stop bad behavior" and "make other students in the class realize the consequences of bullying".The main purpose of indirect punishment is to "make errant students take responsibility for their behavior" and "make errant students correct their behavior actively".2.Primary and secondary school teachers in the use of a variety of disciplinary actions directly proportional, including criticism education, review of oral or written, shall be ordered to make compensation, suspend or limit its to participate in collective activities,to increase its public service mission, the rule of law within the class or school education is bullying prevention and control of six kinds of ways to practice teachers often use the direct retribution.Primary and secondary school teachers believe that there are significant differences in the punishment effects of various methods.Among them, teachers believe that the following nine punishment methods have better effects, and the order of punishment effects is from high to low in turn is: the rule of law education, discipline, criticism, education, increase public service within the class or the school mission, suspend or limit its to participate in collective activities, oral or written review, disciplinary action, shall be ordered to make compensation, closed or suspended.3.There are significant differences in the proportion of primary and secondary school teachers using various indirect punishment methods, among which "make up for the injury, restore the relationship" is the indirect punishment method often used by teachers in the practice of campus bullying prevention and control.Teachers think that there is no significant difference in the effect of various indirect punishment methods.4.Primary and secondary school teachers suggest that the general punishment methods for bullying include criticism education and general punishment methods. The teacher suggested that the disciplinary measures for serious bullying include general disciplinary measures, legal education and admonition. The teacher suggested that the punishment methods for bad bullying include rule of law education, admonition, disciplinary action and sending to special schools for education. The teacher suggested that punishment measures for bullying involving violation of public security management or suspected crime include "the school should inform parents or assist parents to report to the public security organ for handling by the public security organ","cooperate with parents and relevant departments to transfer them to special schools for education and correction according to legal procedures".The teacher suggests that the punishment of bullying should be combined with direct punishment and indirect punishment.5.Primary and secondary school teachers believe that the bullying problem-solution-oriented punishment method is reasonable to some extent. The rationality scores of "critical education" and "general disciplinary measures" in the general bullying incidents of primary and secondary school teachers are significantly higher than the rationality standard.Teachers' rationality scores of "rule of law education" and "admonition" in serious bullying events were significantly higher than the rationality standard.Teachers' rationality scores of "admonishment" and "disciplinary action" were significantly higher than the rationality standard. The rationality score of the two punishment methods for bullying involving violation of public security management or suspected crime is significantly higher than the rationality standard.Research conclusion:1.88.3% of the teachers suggested a combination of direct punishment and indirect punishment for school bullying. The punishment of school bullying should be aimed at punishing the bully, deterring other students, solving the problem of bullying itself, and restoring the peer relationship between the bully and the bullied. This shows that it is very necessary to formulate punishment methods to achieve the purpose of direct and indirect punishment.2.According to the situation of school bullying punishment of primary and secondary school teachers and the suggested survey results, and teachers' evaluation results of the reasonableness of the bullying problem-solution-oriented punishment methods, the bullying problem-solution-oriented punishment methods were formulated and revised. The specific disciplinary measures are as follows: direct disciplinary measures include criticism education, general disciplinary measures, accompanied by a guardian to carry out legal education at school, the school legal person in charge or inviting the public security organs to discipline and discipline them;Indirect disciplinary measures include "forming a team to provide support","repairing damage and restoring relationships" and "mediating relationships and proposing solutions".3.The school bullying problem-solution-oriented punishment method is in line with the actual situation of the current school bullying punishment in primary and secondary schools, and is reasonable to a certain extent, and can provide some reference for the prevention and treatment of school bullying in primary and secondary schools.According to the severity and type of bullying, the establishment of school bullying prevention groups such as prevention groups, intervention groups and guard groups can effectively ensure the implementation of bullying problem-solution-oriented disciplinary measures.
