Internet recruitment platform has gradually become the preferred recruitment information release channel for enterprises with wider reach and more convenient release methods. The current situation of talent demand in the industry can be comprehensively and clearly identified through the analysis of recruitment platform data collected by means of web crawlers. For the recruitment information data, the existing research mainly analyzes the structured data, and there is little research on mining the recruitment information text.Compared with the more restricted structured data, the recruitment information text contains comprehensive information about the talent needs of enterprises, including the combination of keywords such as talent quality, ability, skills and professional fields,as well as the introduction of specific businesses in the industry. It is a mining object with rich connotation. This paper analyzes the recruitment information of artificial intelligence industry by using the method of text mining. The analysis object is the position information related to the artificial intelligence industry in three Internet recruitment platforms, such as 51 job, which uses crawlers to crawl. After the preprocessing of crawling results, the characteristics of the obtained recruitment information text are analyzed.According to the characteristics of short text length, frequent use of professional terms, rich skills and ability co-occurrence information,a BTM model based on word co-occurrence is constructed for analysis, and compared with the LDA model commonly used in the field of subject mining to verify the superiority of the model. On the basis of statistical analysis and subject model modeling analysis, this study shows the talent demand and development status of "top students" in China’s artificial intelligence industry from the perspective of talent demand. The research analyzes the recruitment needs of AI related posts in ten cities with the first echelon of AI industry development in China, such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen.Extract key information from the recruitment information released on the three recruitment platforms, including development direction, hot areas, demand scale, recruitment conditions, etc. From the results,China has a considerable industrial scale at all stages of the industrial chain, especially in the previously weak basic support industries, such as chip design and integrated circuit manufacturing, there are a number of companies that are recruiting talents to become bigger and stronger.Industrial upgrading has also made great strides, with higher quality requirements for talent demand, and high-end talents account for a high proportion of the whole talent demand. At the same time, taking the first tier cities as the comparison object, this paper analyzes the strategies, advantages and disadvantages of non first tier cities in the development of artificial intelligence industry, and provides suggestions for policy-making.It is suggested to start from three aspects: vigorously supporting small and medium-sized start-ups,dislocation competition, subdivision of tracks, and giving consideration to high-end talent training and AI universal education, which provides a reference for cities in China that hope to make a breakthrough in AI industry. |
