| Vulnerable children are a vulnerable group among children and face more risks and challenges in their growth and development than ordinary children.In recent years,child suicides as well as violations of rights and interests have been frequently exposed,causing widespread concern in society.In June 2016,the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Vulnerable Children(Guo Fa [2016] No.36),which supports social workers,legal workers and other professionals and volunteers to provide psychological guidance,spiritual care,family education guidance,rights and interests for the different characteristics of vulnerable children Maintenance and other services.Enhancing the level of resilience of vulnerable children is one of the effective paths to improve vulnerable children’s coping with risks,and the social work profession has unique advantages in intervening in the resilience enhancement of vulnerable children.From the perspective of resilience,under the guidance of the strengths perspective and resilience theory,the study aims to understand the resilience level of vulnerable children through observation,interview and action research methods,analyze the current situation and needs of vulnerable children’s inner protection factor,explore the strategies,concepts and techniques of social work to enhance the inner protection factor of children in distress,and summarize the experiences and shortcomings of social work interventions to enhance the inner protection factor of vulnerable children.It is found that the level of resilience of vulnerable children is generally low and they have various needs;the strengths perspective and resilience theory play an important role in enhancing the resilience of vulnerable children;casework and group work methods are effective means to enhance the level of resilience;from the perspective of inner protection factors,intervening in personal image,optimism,goal-setting ability,interpersonal communication ability,emotional management ability and problem-solving ability in order is an effective way to enhance resilience.In the future,we can use games as a service tool to teach and play;take children’s needs as the core concept,respect children’s subject position,focus on strengths,and adopt a composite intervention approach;and build a family-school-community linkage network with the intrinsic protection factor as the center. |
