ObjectiveTo explore the effects and differences of 12-week maximum fat oxidation intensity exercise,high-intensity aerobic interval exercise and resistance exercise on lipid metabolism of obese adults with hyperlipidemia,and observe the effects of different exercise modes on serum PCSK9,and reveal the role of PCSK9 in exercise and lipid metabolism.This study provides a theoretical basis for exploring the possible mechanism of different exercises to improve lipid metabolism in obese and hyperlipidemia adults in the future,and provides a reference for formulating accurate exercise prescriptions in obese and hyperlipidemia patients.Methods100 obese adults with hyperlipidemia aged 25 to 60 were recruited and randomly divided into four groups:diet control group(group C,n=25),maximum fat oxidation intensity exercise group(group F,n=25,40-60min at FATmax),and high intensity aerobic interval exercise group(group H,n=25,4×4min at 90%VO2maxinterspersed with 3min at 60%VO2max)and resistance exercise group(R group,n=25,with the help of elastic belt,5-6 movements at 8-12RM,3-4 groups for each movement).71subjects completed the experiment,including,group C(n=16,male=8,female=8),group F(n=16,male=6,female=10)and group H(n=17,male=10,female=7)and group R(n=22,male=10,female=12).All subjects received dietary guidance through an online APP.The dietary control group maintained its original physical activity level and did not participate in exercise intervention,while the other three exercise groups received exercise intervention for 5 days/week for 12 weeks.Body shape,body composition,resting metabolic rate,blood biochemical indices,maximal oxygen uptake/maximal fat oxidation intensity and other indicators were tested before and after the 12-week intervention.Result(1)The body weight of the three exercise groups were significantly decreased,and the three groups were significantly different from the C group;the waist circumference of the C group and the three exercise groups were significantly decreased,and the H and R group were significantly different from the C group,R group was significantly different from the F group;the hip circumference of group H and group R was significantly decreased,and both were significantly different from group F,and group H was significantly different from group C;the waist-to-hip ratio was significantly decreased in all three exercise groups,but there were no significant differences between the four groups.(2)The BF%,BFM and FM in Android and Gynoid in group F、group H and group R were significantly decreased,and were significantly different from group C,and group H was significantly different from group F and group R.In addition,the muscle mass of the women in the H group was significantly increased,and the changes were significantly different from those of the men in the same group.(3)The FPG of males in group R were significantly decreased;the insulin of males in group R were significantly decreased,and were significantly different from group H;the leptin of males in group R were significantly decreased,and were significantly different from group C;the leptin of females in group H were significantly elevated,and were significantly different from group C、F and R;the adiponectin of males in group R were significantly elevated;the TC of females in group R were significantly decreased.The Apo B of the three exercise groups were significantly decreased,but there were no significant differences between all groups.(4)Serum PCSK9 in group F showed a downward trend,but not significant,and was significantly different from group C.The change rate of serum PCSK9 was significantly positively correlated with the change rate of body weight,waist circumference,percentage of body fat,Android fat mass,Gynoid fat mass and body fat mass.Conclusion(1)With proper diet control,12 weeks maximum fat oxidizing intensity exercise,high-intensity aerobic interval exercise and resistance exercise can reduce body weight,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,percentage of body fat,body fat mass,Android and Gynoid fat mass and Apo B concentration in obese adults with hyperlipidemia.(2)High-intensity aerobic interval exercise has more advantages in reducing hip circumference of males,reducing body fat percentage and increasing muscle mass of females.(3)Resistance exercise has more advantages in reducing hip circumference,FPG,serum Apo B,insulin,leptin concentrations,and increasing serum adiponectin concentration,and improving insulin resistance of males,and reducing serum total cholesterol concentration of females.(4)Serum PCSK9 is closely related to body weight,waist circumference,percentage of body fat,body fat mass,Android and Gynoid fat mass,and may be involved in the process of exercise to reduce body weight and body fat.
