| Autism has become more common in recent years and the incidence rate has been increasing year by year.At present,there is no clear definite cause of autism,and there is no medical cure.Children with autism are generally accompanied by movement disorders,and basic motor development delay is the most serious manifestation.Ability,emotion,psychological development and daily life,social and other aspects.Children’s fun track and field is a sports activity with the basic form of throwing,running and jumping.In order to confirm that children’s fun track and field has a positive effect on the development of gross motor movements and the disorder of children with autism,I conduct this experiment based on previous research.Research purposes: To develop the basic athletic ability of children with autism through children’s fun track and field sports,improve the gross muscle strength,body balance and coordination ability,enhance physical fitness,and promote the development of children’s muscles,bones,nervous system and circulatory system skills.Children are provided with good physical conditions for further learning and rehabilitation.Through the intervention of children’s fun track and field sports to compensate for physiological defects and obtain a healthy physique,so as to improve the quality of life of children with autism and make them better integrate into the society;relieve some pressure for families,and can help special schools,autism rehabilitation institutions,Parents and the community provide a reference program for the effective development of children’s gross motor skills.Methods: This paper studies the gross movements of children with autism combining theory and practice by means of literature,interviews,experiments,and mathematical statistics.Through interviews with interesting track and field teachers,select appropriate projects to arrange appropriate course content,and learn about students’ conditions and sports activities through interviews with special education teachers and parents of autistic children.The experiment selected 16 children diagnosed with mild to moderate autism.The experimental group(n=8)participated in children’s fun track and field sports,and the control group(n=8)participated in regular physical education courses for twelve weeks,three times a week.Each class is 35 minutes long,using the Gross Motor Movement Test Scale(TGMD-2)to test the gross motor skills of children with autism,and using the Autistic Disorder Efficacy Rating Scale(ATEC)to evaluate the effect of interventions on other disorders in children with autism Assessment to explore the impact of children’s fun athletics on the development of children with autism.Results: After the 12-week experiment,the intervention group of the children’s fun track and field course and the control group of the regular physical education course improved the gross motor development and autism disorder curative effect,but the experimental group showed improvement in the physical movement ability of running,Compared with the control group,the standing long jump,step jump and single-leg jump were significantly improved(P<0.01).Actions were significantly improved(P <0.05);the experimental group had improved social and cognitive aspects after the experiment compared to before the experiment,but compared with the control group,only social skills had been significantly improved(P < 0.05).conclusion:(1)Children’s fun track and field sports have a positive and significant effect on the body displacement ability of children with autism,especially basic movements such as running,standing long jump,single-leg jump,and step jump.(2)Children’s fun track and field sports can significantly improve the object manipulation ability of children with autism and have a significant effect,especially in the actions of catching the ball with both hands,ground ball,and overhand pitching.(3)Children’s fun track and field sports can improve the social ability of children with autism. |
