| With the continuous development of society,people’s life pressure is gradually increasing.According to the results of a questionnaire survey conducted by China Youth Daily for college students in 2021,about 80% of students believe that they have social barriers.The results came from 4854 questionnaires collected by 255 colleges and universities across the country,of which 3894 thought they had mild social phobia.This number is amazing.These students with social disorder are eager to interact with others,but they shrink back because they are worried about bad social experience.Social disorder has troubled the study and life of college students.It is necessary to pay attention to and improve the social disorder of college students.Taking the college students of L school in S city as the research object,this paper understands the proportion of students with social disorder in L school through questionnaire survey,selects 15 students with social disorder for unstructured interview based on social avoidance and distress scale(SAD),and finally selects 8 students with social disorder to carry out group work intervention.Six group activities were carried out in this service.Through professional methods such as cognitive remodeling,systematic desensitization and rational emotion therapy,the service make students learn the communication skills with others based on Schutz’s interpersonal needs theory,group dynamics theory,social learning theory and mirror self theory.The study found that the main causes of social barriers of L school students are: gender and genetic factors;introversion and inferiority complex;self-cognition bias and negative psychological suggestion;poor parenting style and unstable family system;negative influence of peer group relationships;lack of campus activities and social skills training courses;development and changes in the social environment.On this basis,the study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the social disorder of college students from the aspects of individuals,schools,families,and society.The innovation of this study is to apply social work methods to solving social disorder,and to explore how to solve social disorder through group work methods.The results show that group work has a certain effect on improving College Students’ social disorder,and positive peer group relationship can help improve social disorder.By learning from others’ successful social experience,team members can change their behavior and better integrate into campus and social life.However,the degree of maintaining the effect of group work remains to be further explored. |
