Physical and mental health is the premise of enjoying life.Physical exercise is very important to the physical and mental health of junior middle school students.The research selects the physical activity level scale revised by Liang Deqing and the Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale compiled by Hu Yueqin and Gan Yiqun to investigate the amount of physical exercise and the level of psychological resilience of junior middle school students,explore the relationship between them,and find ways and methods suitable for junior middle school students to improve their level of psychological resilience.854 students in some middle schools in Xi’an were investigated.This paper explores the relationship between the intensity,time and frequency of physical exercise and the goal focus,positive cognition,emotional control,interpersonal assistance and family support of junior middle school students’ psychological resilience.The specific research results show that:1.The total amount of physical exercise of junior high school students in Xi’an is at the middle and lower level,with 49.9% of the small amount of exercise,29.7% of the medium amount of exercise,and 20.4% of the large amount of exercise.There were significant differences in total physical activity by gender,grade,and place of residence.2.The overall level of mental toughness of junior high school students in Xi’an is at the upper-middle level.Among them,boys are better than girls in emotional control of junior high school students,and there are significant differences in grades and places of residence.3.Junior high school students participate in physical exercise for more than one hour,3 to 5 times a week.When participating in high-intensity physical exercise,the level of psychological toughness reaches the best state.Whether to participate in physical exercise has significant differences in junior middle school students’ psychological resilience.4.The relationship between physical exercise and mental toughness of goal focus,positive cognition,emotional control,and interpersonal assistance was significantly correlated,and the correlation between mental toughness and physical exercise was positive,and the two were positively correlated.According to the current situation and correlation between physical exercise and psychological resilience of junior middle school students,the following countermeasures are put forward: improve the cognitive level of physical exercise and strengthen the publicity of physical exercise;Stimulate interest in physical exercise and actively participate in physical exercise;Optimize the physical exercise environment to ensure the participation of junior middle school students;Appropriately increase the intensity of physical exercise and improve the level of psychological toughness;Appropriately increase the time of physical exercise to promote the health of physical and mental development;Reasonably increase the frequency of physical exercise and cultivate good exercise habits. |
