local cultural resources as the basis to realize the construction of marine cultural atmosphere,create a class culture in the campus full of "marine flavor",and cultivate talents with pioneering and innovative spirit.At the same time,under the reform of today’s educational concept,the full implementation of core literacy education has become the top priority of school education,which further improves the requirements for school education and promotes the high-quality development of school education.Class is the basic unit of school education.The ultimate goal of class culture construction is to help students shape core literacy,establish correct value orientation and promote the coordinated development of students’ five education.Marine culture is broad,profound and has a long history.Under this opportunity,entering the school education system will continue to deepen the achievements of school development.Cultivating students’ marine cultural heritage is not only conducive to the promotion of school running characteristics,but also conducive to the improvement of educational quality and the improvement of humanistic quality of teachers and students.Using the methods of literature,investigation and case study,this study makes a case study of QD XX primary school on the application of marine culture in the construction of primary school class culture.By investigating the specific situation of goal formulation,content selection,Organizational conduct and behavior assessment in the process of integrating marine culture into primary school class culture construction of teachers,parents,social institutions and other participants,the author analyzes the current situation of integrating marine culture into primary school class culture construction,refine the successful experience,clarify the problems and influencing factors,and formulate the plan,It provides a reference for improving the effectiveness of integrating marine culture into the construction of primary school class culture.The specific contents of this paper include:Based on the humanistic management theory,this paper explains the necessity and feasibility of integrating marine culture into the construction of primary school class culture,and discusses the significance of integrating marine culture into the construction of primary school class culture from the value to students,school and education.This stage of theoretical research belongs to the premise of later practical analysis.Based on observation and interview,this paper studies the integration of marine culture in the construction of primary school classes from the perspectives of participant interpretation,activity target shooting and content decision-making.According to the research results,it is concluded that the results of integrating marine culture into the construction of primary school class culture in XX primary school are as follows: first,promote the construction of class material culture to be more independent and innovative,and make the cultural atmosphere of class characteristics stronger;second,Promote more independent and standardized class management,improve the class system and culture,and make the class atmosphere more warm,harmonious,democratic and equal;third,Promote the construction of class concept culture and make the construction of class interpersonal culture more warm;fourth,Promoting the cultural construction of class activities is more abundant,which can further promote the construction of campus culture while building class brand.However,there are still the
