| Adolescents often encounter a lot of resistance in the process of social dev elopment,and informal support will play a non-negligible role,including the ex pectations of parents in the family,the lack of peer support,and the quality lev el of the school education team.Adolescents have limited psychological adjustm ent ability,if they accept pressure from all sides for a long time and lack supp ort,once overloaded,it is difficult to exert their personal ability,do not adapt t o learning life,exude negative emotions,and cannot adapt well to changes in i dentity roles.According to ecosystem theory,human development is the result o f the interaction between people and the environment.Therefore,in dealing wit h the underperforming group of adolescents,we should not stereotype the mista kes of the individual or the group itself with a problem-oriented vision,but fro m the perspective of the system,correctly identify the factors that have a signif icant impact on the social development of adolescents.Based on the above background,based on ecosystem theory and attachment theory,this study uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to an alyze the influencing factors affecting the social development of adolescents wit h adolescents aged 12-18 as the research objects,and based on the conclusions,put forward feasible suggestions.First,through reading and combing the literatu re,understand the environmental system that affects the social development of a dolescents,and make group selection;Second,using the mature scale tool,desig n the questionnaire and interview outline,and then after software testing and modification,distribute the questionnaire and conduct interviews;Finally,the res ulting data are quantitatively analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn: Fir st,the overall level of social development of adolescents is at the upper middle level: Second,whether they are class cadres,the marital status of their parents and the level of social development of adolescents are significantly different,an d adolescents who are better married to their parents have a higher level of soc ial development;Third,there is a significant correlation between the father’s rei gn and competence,peer relationship and teacher-student relationship and the le vel of social development of adolescents,and adolescents with high competence and peer relationship and teacher-student relationship have a higher level of soci al development;Fourth,whether or not to serve as a class cadre,the father’s p hysical health,the father’s reign and peer attachment have a significant impact on the level of social development of adolescents,that is,adolescents who are class cadres,the father’s physical health,the father’s reign and the degree of pe er attachment are higher.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes a co-education strategy from the perspective of home-school cooperation,and puts forward expectations for the socialization of three adolescents,such as family,school and society,ai ming to promote the effective play of the role of adolescent social support net works and provide a certain reference for actual intervention in improving the l evel of social development of adolescents. |
