Vocational education is a very important educational field in China.Vocational education bears the responsibility of training excellent skilled personnel for various positions for the country.Therefore,to cultivate the comprehensive quality and core accomplishment of vocational students is the most important task in vocational education.In 2014,Lu Chuanhan,a professor at Guizhou Normal University,proposed the concept of "three teaching" to promote the cultivation of students’ core literacy.National education requires the cultivation of well-rounded people.In order to implement the Party Committee of the Ministry of Education "on strengthening the construction of classroom teaching in colleges and universities to improve the quality of teaching guidance",plans to use modern teaching means to create first-class network marketing classroom.The curriculum design of network marketing follows the teaching concept of "student-centered,ability-based,career-oriented,combination of work and study,integration of teaching and doing".Combined with the training program of secondary vocational colleges,the course teaching design is adjusted and improved by using hybrid teaching.In 2014,Professor Lu Chuanhan of Guizhou Normal University put forward the concept of "three teaching",namely teaching thinking,teaching experience and teaching expression,aiming to promote the cultivation of students’ core literacy,which is just conducive to secondary vocational education to promote the cultivation of students’ innovation ability.Firstly,this paper determines the research content by collecting and sorting out relevant literature.Then according to the research content of the domestic and foreign research status analysis,determine the research method and technical route.The concepts of "three teaching",blended teaching and instructional design are defined,and the theoretical basis is supported by constructivism,humanism and blended learning theory.Secondly,before the design of teaching design,learners,teachers and classroom teaching are analyzed in detail to determine the principles of teaching design.The teaching objectives,contents,methods and processes of online,offline and online + offline teaching methods are designed for two examples.Thirdly,in the practice,the designed teaching design will guide the teaching practice,select three classes with similar learning situation to implement specific teaching,explore online network teaching,offline traditional teaching and online + offline hybrid teaching how to carry out the "three teaching" teaching exploration.Finally,the teaching effect of the mixed teaching design and practice of "Network Marketing" course in secondary vocational schools based on the concept of "three teaching" is comprehensively tested by analyzing academic performance,interviewing students and questionnaire survey.The deficiencies in the research process are summarized,and the prospects for the future secondary vocational education are put forward to provide an empirical reference for the future research in this area.
