Development Of College Student-cadres’ Value Guiding Questionnaire And Situation Investigation

This study mainly discusses the current situation and characteristics of the value guiding of college student cadres,and compiles a scale with high reliability and validity.Specifically,This study first conducted semi-structured interviews with 30 student cadres,on this basis,the initial scale of value guiding of college student cadres is compiled.A preliminary test was conducted on 900 student cadres to test the structural validity of the initial scale and form a formal questionnaire,Finally,623student cadres were surveyed by questionnaire to examine the current situation and characteristics of value guiding of college student cadres and the differences of demographic variables.The main results show that:（1）Exploratory factor analysis found that the College Student-cadres’Value Guiding Questionnaire includes individual value,overall situation consciousness,vision,leadership ability and cadre efficacy,and the interpretation rates are 2.66%,2.79%,4.16%,5.34%and51.11%respectively;The factor loads are 0.51～0.84,0.52～0.78,0.51～0.94,0.53～0.90 and 0.56～0.83 respectively,and the commonality is0.57～0.67,0.52～0.70,0.54～0.81,0.54～0.72 and 0.57～0.73respectively.（2）Confirmatory factor analysis shows that the College Student-cadres’Value Guiding Questionnaire is a five-dimensional structure,the model fitting effect structure model fits well（X~2/df=3.06,RMSEA=0.06,CFI=0.89,TLI=0.88）,and the factor load is 0.65～0.88.（3）The results of convergent validity showed that the average number of differences was 0.58,0.55,0.65,0.61 and 0.62 respectively,and the combination reliability was 0.87,0.86,0.92,0.93 and 0.96respectively.（4）The results of reliability analysis show that the Cronbach’sαof the College Student-cadres’Value Guiding Questionnaire is 0.98,the test-retest reliability of one month interval is 0.72,Cronbach’sαand test-retest reliability of other dimensions were above 0.60.（5）The demographic difference test shows that there are significant differences in the College Student-cadres’Value Guiding Questionnaire in gender,place of origin and grade;There is no significant difference in political outlook and term of office.
