Since the publication of the learning and development guide for children aged 3-6,the value of approaches to learning to children ’ s learning and development has been recognized and concerned by more and more scholars.The research shows that approaches to learning is malleable,but in the past,we paid more attention to the role of autonomous play in the development of children’s approaches to learning,and seldom discussed the development and cultivation value of children’s approaches to learning from teacher-led activities,however,it is of great significance for the nurturance of children’s good approaches to learning to exert influence on them purposefully and systematically,and to select and organize educational activities carefully for them.Therefore,we should also pay attention to teacher-led activities,what is the performance and development of children’s approaches to learning.On this basis,teachers can know what role they should play in promoting children’s approaches to learning in collective activities.The picture books teaching,as a popular activity in kindergartens,has its own educational value close to the factors concerned by children’s approaches to learning,and it plays a positive role in the development of children’s approaches to learning,so in order to promote children ’ s approaches to learning can be developed in picture books teaching,we should first understand the actual performance of children ’ s approaches to learning in picture books teaching.In this study,30 large class children in a Picture Books Teaching project kindergarten in H city were selected as subjects,this paper mainly uses observation method and interview method to understand,analyze and explore the performance level,performance characteristics and influencing factors of children’s approaches to learning in picture books teaching.Findings:1.Picture Books Teaching plays a positive role in the development of children’s Approaches to learning,but the children’s Approaches to learning can not be developed without the support of teachers.The whole process of picture books teaching plays a positive role in the development of children ’ s curiosity and interest,initiative,concentration and goal consciousness,teacher’s different support can promote the development of children’s attention,goal consciousness,reflection and explanation,imagination and creation in picture books teaching.2.Life experience is closely related to children’s imagination and creation.Children in the picture books teaching will often use the experience,rich life experience can make children flexible to solve the problem,the same children to solve the problem is also inseparable from the use of life experience.3.In picture books teaching,children’s Approaches to learning is influenced by each other.In the picture books teaching,there are different degrees of correlation between the two children’s Approaches to learning,mastering the correlation between the Approaches to learning will help teachers grasp the opportunity to cultivate children ’ s Approaches to learning,and guide them according to the circumstances,promote the common development of various positive Approaches to learning of young children.Based on the understanding and analysis of the performance level and characteristics of children’s Approaches to learning in picture books teaching,this paper probes into the factors influencing children ’ s performance level of Approaches to learning,they were influenced by children themselves,teacher’s support,peer role models and parent-child co-reading.
