Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Football Characteristic Primary School In Erdao District,Changchun City

In recent years,the Party Central Committee has elevated the development of youth campus football to the national strategic level.The country has successively issued development policies for youth campus football,promoting the reform and development of football based on campus football.Today,it has smoothly entered the era of campus football 2.0.Changchun Campus Football has steadily developed with the cooperation of various departments.Erdao District was selected as the national youth campus football pilot area in 2018.Football characteristic primary schools are the starting point for cultivating football talents,and the development of football characteristic primary schools is related to the formation of future football atmosphere and even the improvement of competitive level.This article takes 16 primary school football characteristic schools in Erdao District of Changchun City as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,interview,field investigation,and mathematical statistics,it is found that there are still development difficulties in carrying out campus football work in Erdao District football characteristic primary schools,The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Some school leaders in Changchun Erdao District Football Characteristic Primary School do not attach high importance to campus football,and the family sports atmosphere is weak.(2)The source of special funds for campus football is relatively narrow,and there is an unreasonable situation in the use and distribution of campus football funds.(3)In terms of teacher strength,the level of football professional literacy of football teachers in Erdao District needs to be improved,and the proportion of football specialized teachers is relatively small.(4)The allocation of facilities and equipment in the school health room and football related equipment is insufficient,and there is a lack of sports accident insurance programs for young people.(5)The development of football after-school service in Erdao District Football Characteristic Primary School in Changchun City is at an initial stage.According to the development status quo,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)For the government,relevant departments of Changchun Municipal Government actively establish an accident injury insurance project for campus football sports,accelerate the construction of school health rooms,build health rooms based on actual conditions,and actively carry out school preventive health care and physical health education.(2)Schools: Improve the organization and management of the campus football working group of Erdao District Football Characteristic Primary School,establish a reward and punishment system for teachers,encourage teachers to actively participate in education and training,strengthen their professional football literacy,reasonably allocate campus football funds,improve the distribution of venue equipment,ensure students’ football courses and after-school training time,and carry out a variety of teaching forms.(3)Parents: The school strengthens the publicity work of campus football activities,improves the traditional educational concepts of students’ parents,and actively creates a family sports atmosphere.(4)Clubs: Strengthen the integration between football featured primary schools and professional football clubs,and actively explore new ways to cooperate with youth football clubs.
