College students,as a group,are about to become independent and dependent on others.Facing pressure from family,school and society,how to promote the growth and progress of college students after experiencing stressful events is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.Resilience,as an important determinant of personal adaptation to stress and health,contributes to the development of good personality.Therefore,resilience helps individuals to achieve post-stress growth to some extent.The perception and evaluation of stressful events is an important factor affecting how individuals cope with stress.It determines whether individuals adopt positive strategies to get rid of stress,and then obtain psychological development after stress.Therefore,to explore the effects of stress perception and positive coping style on post-stress growth is of great significance for promoting college students’ mental health.This study adopts questionnaire survey to resilience scale,perceived stress scale,simple coping style scale,college students’ pressure after growing scale of tools,random sampling was carried out on the university students of three universities in liaoning,recycling of 819 valid questionnaire,after finishing using SPSS26.0analyzes data processing,using Amos26.0 structure model is set up,The results show that :(1)the resilience level of the only child is higher;The resilience of junior students is better than that of senior college students.(2)The only-child is more likely to feel nervous when facing pressure than the non-only-child;The perceived pressure was positively correlated with grade,and the higher the grade,the greater the perceived pressure.(3)The only-child is more inclined to adopt positive coping style than the non-only-child;Younger college students use more positive coping styles than older students.(4)Girls are more likely than boys to experience post-stress growth after negative events;In terms of grades,freshmen have the highest level of post-stress growth,followed by sophomores and juniors,and seniors have a lower level of post-stress growth among all subjects.(5)Resilience,perceived stress,positive coping style and post-stress growth of college students were pally correlated.(6)Resilience can positively predict post-stress growth of college students.College students with higher psychological resilience are more likely to experience post-stress growth.(7)Perceived stress and positive coping style independently mediated the predictive effect of resilience on post-stress growth,and the indirect effect ratio was7.52% and 45.80%,respectively.(8)Stress perception and positive coping style can be used as a chain mediator to predict the post stress growth,with an indirect effect ratio of 16.6%.It can be seen from this study that: Cultivating college students’ high resilience to lower their perception of pressure and adapt to changes in the environment,have more confidence for success to be able to cope with the current situation,so that they can properly adjust their behavior in order to make proper response to situations,and enhance the successful experience in the successful experience,can also be more optimistic view of the development as a result,restore good state of mind.
