The acceleration of China’s urbanization process so as to widen the gap between urban and rural areas,and the loss of rural teachers is becoming common.Though it is not easy to be noticed,but the harm is great.It will have great influence on the development of education.On the basis of combining domestic and foreign literature and understanding Anhui province,this study analyzes the current situation,characteristics and causes of rural teacher loss,and proposes strategies to solve the problem of rural teachers’ recessive loss.The study selected 689 rural teachers in Anhui Province as the research objects,which was used questionnaire and interview methods.The survey found that the phenomenon of recessive loss of rural teachers is common in Anhui Province,and the number of hidden loss accounts for53.6% of the whole teachers.Energy recessive loss,knowledge-based recessive loss,values the recessive loss to the investigation of the total accounted for 53.6%,52.1%,55.6%,70.1%.The results show that rural teachers’ recessive loss has stronger intention of female teachers,young teachers,unmarried and childless teachers,teachers with high educational background,teachers with short teaching experience,teachers with low professional title,teachers from other places,teachers with low monthly income,teachers living in dormitories and teachers who are far away from school.There are five aspects of the recessive loss of rural teachers in Anhui province.Teachers have lower income and higher economic income;The school management system is short of perfect,autonomy of education and teaching is limited,the atmosphere of democratic management is not strong enough;The change of teachers’ professional values,the low desire to improve their professional ability,and the influence of family factors on their working status;Training opportunities are few and training content is relevant.On the basis of the investigation and analysis,this study believes that the strategies to solve the hidden loss of rural teachers in Anhui province include three aspects,that is,from the teachers themselves,improve their professional ability,plan their career development path.The education management department should provide the basic rights and interests to rural teachers,make the training system of rural teachers better,improve the working environment of rural teachers.From school angel,it is necessary to update the outdated concept of school management,reduce the working stress of rural teachers,perfect the school management system,set up correct professional values,so as to stabilize the rural teachers.
