Study On Problems And Strategies Of The Recessive Loss Of The City Primary And Secondary School Teachers

Basic education is therelationship between the individual and the social development in the future. Primary and secondary schoolteachers is the main force of basic education, however, the team of the primary and secondary schoolteachers exists varying degrees of phenomenon on recessive loss, causing teachers instability and the fall ofthe overall teachers’ quality. Especially the phenomenon of the city primary and middle school teachers’recessive loss is more obvious, influencing the normal school teaching and the quality of basic education ina certain extent. Therefore, in-depth study of the city primary and middle school teachers’ recessive loss,and finding positive strategies, become the most importent matter of the situation on our elementaryeducation reform and development.This study discusses the problems and strategies of the city primary and middle school teachers’recessive loss: the introduction introduces the reason of selected topic and the significance of the study,which proposes the basic thoughts and methods in the study. The first part has explained the content of thecity primary and middle school teachers’ Recessive loss, namely analying and comparing these conceptsthrough the teachers’ loss and teachers’ flow, dominant and Recessive loss. The second part has analysis thesituation on the city primary and middle school teachers’ recessive loss. Through the combination ofliterature review, the daily observation and interviews, the study divides the city primary and middle schoolteachers’ recessive loss into three types from its external manifestation--on-the-job learning teacherRecessive Loss, social part-time job teacher Recessive Loss and stagnation type teacher Recessive Loss,Then the study analysis the impact of these phenomena. The third part has explained the reason of the cityprimary and middle school teachers’ recessive loss from three angles society, school and teachers’ personal.The fourth part has put forward some countermeasures to prevent the city middle and primary schoolteacher Recessive Drain, including increasing investment in education, falling the teachers’ wages andwelfare treatments into reality, the establishment of a scientific and rational system of school managements,and promoting the teachers’ occupation realm. Finally, the conclusion of this study has reflected theproblems and lack of this study and made prospect for further research.
