The development of the society can not be separated from the development of education.Education can deliver a large number of talents for the development of society.However,if the level of education development wants to be improved,the construction of teachers must be paid enough attention.Nowadays,the relevant work of the construction of rural teachers has been paid full attention by the state,increasing the scale of the rural teachers,improving the salary and treatment level of teachers,organizing teachers to carry out professional skills training and so on.Nevertheless,teachers in rural areas still lag far behind cities and towns.We must face up to this problem and try to find out the balance between rural and urban teacher resources allocation.In the face of rural primary school young teachers' recessive loss analysis are carried out in the work process,the rural primary school in Dingtao County of Shandong Province,the young teachers' work as a case study,to further understand the specific circumstances of the current rural area primary school young teacher recessive loss and the impact from the teacher welfare level,job level,education level,training teachers' level to study the main cause of the loss of teachers,put forward the effective solution,enrich the content of research on related theories,promote the relevant theory about the management of teachers to get great development.In the face of the analysis of the phenomenon of the recessive loss of the young teachers in rural primary schools,the work situation of the young teachers in the rural primary schools in Dingtao County,Shandong province is taken as an example,to further grasp the specific situation and the impact of the hidden loss of the primary school young teachers in the rural areas,and stand on the level of the teacher's welfare treatment.The main causes of teacher loss are studied at the level of work,training and education and teachers' own level,and effective solutions are put forward to enrich the research content of relevant theories,and the related theories of teacher management have been greatly developedThe sample of this study is Dingtao County in Shandong Province,the research highlights the drawbacks of rural primary school teachers in the area of the flow,causes and consequences of education and the development of the area of use,to ensure the stability and reduce the loss of rural primary school teachers,so as to form a high level and high quality of rural teachers,to promote rural education the level of the region give advice and suggestions.In the course of the study,the researchers through research and Analysis on the phenomenon of the loss of the Dingtao County Primary School Young Teachers' implicit,discovered the cause of recessive loss of young teachers in the county primary school,put forward the corresponding development strategy: to increase rural primary school salary education investment,improve young teachers,establish and improve the occupation development the mechanism to increase the young teachers' training,carry out diversified ideological education,enhance young teachers' sense of belonging value.
