Since the reform and opening up,my country’s promotion of lifelong learning for the whole people has become more and more popular.Many education planning policies proposed to promote lifelong learning for mankind and social development.The description of "lifelong education" in policy planning has also gradually changed to "lifelong learning" and "serving lifelong learning for the whole people".This not only shows the shift of the focus of my country’s educational undertakings,but also the shift from the external to the internal structure of the education system.In this transformation,basic education,as the cornerstone of all types of education at all levels,has also been given new vitality.In the context of serving the lifelong learning of the whole people,new requirements have also been put forward in terms of connotation and quality.Therefore,this research takes the basic education implementation system under the background of lifelong learning as the research object,trying to build a basic education implementation system serving the lifelong learning of mankind,to further blend basic education and lifelong learning,and deepen the reform of basic education..For a long time,state pay more attention to basic education,the issue of quality development of basic education has been placed in a more prominent position.However,from the perspective of serving the whole people’s lifelong learning,the basic education implementation system still needs to be changed.This research adopts the research method combining theory and practice,through in-depth analysis of the literature and the reference of relevant theories,trying to build a theoretical system of basic education implementation system that serves the lifelong learning of the whole people,through in-depth interviews.At the level,it will understand the current situation of the current basic education implementation system,explain the relevant problems that the current basic education implementation system hinders the service of lifelong learning for the whole people,and finally throw out some suggestions.Using the basic education implementation system to serve the lifelong learning of the whole people to examine the current basic education implementation system in a general sense,it is found that the current basic education has not been included in the overall perspective of the large education serving the lifelong learning education system for the whole people,and the functional orientation of basic education at each stage.Lack of systematic consideration from the perspective of lifelong learning,and insufficient integration of formal,informal and informal learning.Therefore,through the improvement and innovation of the original basic education implementation system and system,the new function and role of basic education in serving the lifelong learning of the whole people will be brought into play,so that the learning resources of formal,non-formal and informal education can be effectively integrated,and the training of students with Talents with lifelong learning awareness and all-round development.This research will help to improve the construction of a lifelong learning education system serving the whole people,and enrich the theoretical system of basic education implementation system.
