| Since the second half of the 20th century,countries have paid more and more attention to the development of high-tech industries and seized the technological commanding heights.As the core resource of high-tech industry,talents have become more fundamental than material resources to enhance competitiveness.As an extension of industrial agglomeration,talent agglomeration tends to gather in more developed regions due to the differences in industrial structure,economic and social development level between regions,environment,interests and other factors.Therefore,the scale and speed of talent flow and accumulation in developed areas are constantly expanding,and the phenomenon of talent concentration will occur.Under the background of continuous economic and social development and gradual flattening of spatial structure,different regions are more closely connected,and the spatial spillover effect of high-tech industry talent agglomeration cannot be ignored.So what causes this concentration of talent? What is the situation of high-tech industrial talents gathering in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle? Is there a relationship between the characteristics of regional development and the concentration of talents in the economy?Through what transmission mechanism does it affect the economy? This series of problems deserve further study.Firstly,this paper theoretically analyzes that talent agglomeration can influence the economic development of a region through market effect,scale effect and other ways.Including flow,concentration of resource factors of spatial spillover effect mechanism and path analysis,especially the human resources agglomeration spillover effects to regional economic development space of the measuring method and the analytical paradigm,combined with the typical region related research results at home and abroad the main academic viewpoints and theory progress,laid the basis of theoretical analysis for the study of the paper.Secondly,the thesis focuses on the degree and main characteristics of talents gathering in high-tech industry in chengdu-Chongqing shuangcheng Economic circle.Specifically,this paper uses the location entropy of high-tech industry talent to characterize the degree of high-tech industry talent aggregation,and then uses Moran’s I index to empirically test the spatial correlation between the real per capita GDP of cities and states in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng economic circle and high-tech talent aggregation.The results show that the Moran index of high-tech industrial talent concentration in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle fluctuates between 0.1-0.3,and the Moran index of per capita real GDP of cities and states fluctuates between 0.3.Therefore,there is a strong spatial correlation between the agglomeration of talents in high-tech industry and economic growth in this region.Thirdly,this paper constructs spatial Dubin model to test the spatial spillover effect of chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle.The results show that the influence coefficient of high-tech industry talent agglomeration on economic growth is 0.203,that is,in this region,high-tech industry talent agglomeration will promote the regional economic growth.In order to measure the spatial spillover effect of talent agglomeration more accurately,this paper divides the spatial spillover effect into direct effect and indirect effect through partial differentiation.The results show that the direct effect and indirect effect of the location entropy of high-tech industry talents in Shuangcheng Economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing area are 0.255 and-0.120 respectively.Since the direct effect is larger than the indirect effect,the total effect is positive and the final total effect is 0.135,that is,the agglomeration of high-tech industry talents has a significant positive effect on the per capita GDP of this area.Through theoretical and empirical systematic research,this paper makes a scientific and systematic analysis of the spatial spillover effect of high-tech industry talent agglomeration in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng economic circle,deeply expounds the strong correlation between talent agglomeration and economic growth,and verifies the research hypothesis proposed in this paper.The conclusion emphasizes that the degree of talent concentration in this region has a large space to improve,and the driving effect on economic growth needs to be strengthened and amplified from the perspective of economic spatial spillover effect through the concentration of talent and other factors resource endowment,so as to improve the high-quality development level of the region’s economy.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of overall planning of regional talent policies,optimization of regional economic factors construction and strengthening of regional exchanges and cooperation,so as to transform the talent aggregation effect of high-tech industries into economic effect and promote the coordinated and balanced development of chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng economic circle. |
