| In the past decades,along with the increasing demand,regulating regulation and encouraging innovation,the online-game industry of China has obtained good development opportunities and gradually formed a mature and complete industrial chain.In China,the two biggest game companies occupy a dominant position,but there are also many small and medium-sized game companies.There has been a certain industry reshuffle,as small and medium-sized game enterprises are facing various challenges of survival and development,While excellent companies emerging.Under the pressure of leading giants and new entrants,small and medium-sized game companies are facing many difficulties,such as brain drain,increased cost,reduced benefit and so on.Tongyu online game company is a small enterprise established in 2020 with a registered capital of 1 million Yuan,specializing in game development.Its members are mainly game development engineer,and it is one of many start-up game enterprises.After nearly two years of development,there are more than 20 employees,and the first game product have been developed.Compared with big game enterprises their product launch time is more uncertain,due to policy restrictions.There is a capital crisis,their ability to resist risks is weak,they lack human resources and management experience,and their organizational development is weak.With the intense competition in the game industry,the domain online game companies should make an in-depth analysis of its development strategy in order to make the company survive and develop in the fierce market environment.Through research,this research tries to understand the current situation and development trend of the domestic online game industry.Taking Tongyu online game company,a start-up enterprise with relatively small scale,imperfect managing system and the lack or strategic management,as the research object,this paper mainly studies its development strategy.This paper first introduces the basic situation of Tongyu online game company,and then concludes the problems of the company nowadays:increasingly fierce market competition,insufficient human resources reserve,insufficient funds and so on.Then use PEST and SWOT model to analysis and finally choose relevant development strategies and measures for the implementation of strategies.While seeking the strategic measures to promote the domain online game companies to improve competitiveness,as well as adapting to the development requirements of the new era and making sustainable development,it can also work as a certain reference for the future development of many other small-sized game companies. |
