| The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the requirements for building a high-quality education system and the long-term goal of building an education power by 2035.As an important subject of higher education,college students shoulder the mission of social development and the progress of the times.However,the current learning situation of college students is not optimistic,and the phenomenon of learning burnout on campus is widespread,which will not only affect the growth and development of college students in the long run,but also weaken the country’s human resources advantages and overall educational strength.Therefore,in today’s educational background of the transformation from the popularization of higher education to the connotative development,it is of great significance to analyze the reasons for the study burnout of college students and put forward suggestions to alleviate the learning burnout of college students according to the actual situation,which is of great significance to creating a good learning atmosphere and improving the quality of education.Taking the IEO model as the theoretical framework,on the basis of collating relevant literature,combined with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,self-determination theory and self-worth theory,the important factors affecting college students’ learning burnout were selected for analysis.In this study,the comprehensive reference of this study draws on the "Learning Motivation Scale" compiled by Professor Huang Xiting of Southwest University,the "Comprehension Social Support Scale" compiled by Professor Jiang Qianjin of Zhejiang University,and the "Learning Burnout Scale" compiled by Professor Lian Rong of Fujian Normal University as a measurement tool,and the statistical analysis of 635 valid questionnaires recovered by SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software is used to construct a relationship model between college students’ learning motivation,social support and learning burnout,and the results show that: Learning motivation as a whole had a significant negative impact on learning burnout,among which the dimensions of intellectual curiosity,social orientation,and small group orientation were significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout,and the dimensions of material pursuit and fear of failure were significantly positively correlated with learning burnout.Learning motivation as a whole has a significant positive impact on social support,and the dimensions of intellectual advancement,social orientation,and small group orientation are significantly positively correlated with social support,and the dimension of fear of failure is significantly negatively correlated with social support.The social support whole and its dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout;Social support mediates learning motivation and learning burnout.At the same time,this paper also explores the levels of college students in learning motivation,social support,learning burnout as a whole and their various dimensions through description statistical analysis,and explores the differences in demographic variables of the three main variables through ANOVA.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: from the perspective of enhancing learning motivation,alleviate the learning burnout of college students,specific measures are: actively stimulate the interest of college students in learning;Strive to cultivate a sense of social responsibility among college students;Guide college students to overcome the materialistic view of learning;Attention should be paid to strengthening the frustration education of college students.From the perspective of increasing the social support of college students,alleviating the learning burnout of college students,specific measures include:improving the level of family support of college students;Improve the level of support of college students’ friends;Raise the level of support for others in college students. |
