| From 762,500 graduate students enrolled in 2018 to over 1.1 million actually enrolled in2020,the scale of postgraduate enrollment in colleges and universities has continued to expand,which complies with the demand for high-level professional talents in my country’s social development.How to ensure that under the new situation The quality of postgraduate training has been paid more and more attention.Among them,the two-way selection system of master students and tutors(referred to as dual selection of teachers and students)strengthens the two-way main role of tutors and postgraduates in the training of postgraduates,helps to implement the principle of "teaching students according to their aptitude" and establish a healthy relationship between teachers and students,and helps to promote postgraduate students.Optimal allocation of training resources.Therefore,the dual selection of teachers and students is widely used in many postgraduate training units in China,but there are still many drawbacks.It is meaningful for this thesis to deeply study the two-way selection of postgraduate students and supervisors in colleges and universities to promote the quality of postgraduate training.At present,the dual selection of teachers and students in colleges and universities relies heavily on the subjective judgments of students and tutors,and it is very easy to have insufficient information between teachers and students,resulting in a mismatch between students’ learning goals and the direction of tutors’ research work,which in turn affects the quality of graduate training.And with the advancement of digital management in colleges and universities,online management systems are more and more used in college management,so that it has objective conditions to improve the degree of matching between teachers and students through the online dual-selection management system.Therefore,in order to further optimize the dual selection process of teachers and students,improve the degree of compatibility between teachers and students,and improve the quality of postgraduate training.This thesis deeply extracts the work process of dual selection of teachers and students in colleges and universities,analyzes the user needs of dual selection,and designs and develops an online management and auxiliary decision-making system for master’s research and two-way selection of tutors.The system facilitates the online dual selection of postgraduate students and supervisors,and at the same time provides a scientific auxiliary decision-making tool for bilateral matching between teachers and students,and meets the online management needs of administrators for dual selection.Each user role cooperates with participating in the teacher-student dual-selection platform to achieve the purpose of optimizing teacher-student dual-selection.The main research work of this thesis as follows:(1)Analyze the status quo of the two-way selection of master’s research and tutors in colleges and universities,summarize the disadvantages and improvement methods of offline teachers and students’ dual selection;divide the system user roles and functional permissions,and analyze the dual selection system business,algorithm requirements,and system functions.analyze.(2)Collect and analyze the data of teachers and students’ dual selection indicators through questionnaire surveys and interviews in colleges and universities;and build a corresponding college dual selection indicator analysis process to complete the extraction of the core indicators of students’ dual selection and tutor dual selection,and teachers and students are compatible.The construction of degree decision matrix.(3)An interval-valued generalized orthogonal fuzzy Choquet integral average operator is proposed to deal with the fuzzy decision-making problem with correlation between attributes;and on this basis,a teacher-student dual-selection matching model is constructed for students and tutors to dual-selection Processing operations on intent data.(4)Design and implement the system’s specific functions,matching algorithms and database tables under the condition of fully analyzing the requirements of the teacher-student dual-selection system;and carry out dual-selection teacher-student matching simulation experiments and experimental analysis to verify operators and models.effectiveness.The two-way selection management and auxiliary decision-making system for postgraduate students and tutors studied in this thesis provides online process management tools for colleges and universities;it provides convenience for students,tutors and colleges to participate in dual-selection work;at the same time,it provides scientific and effective dual-selection auxiliary decision-making for teachers and students. |
