Tutoring activity in university is one of the important forms for students in leisure time to cultivate their work ability,serve for the society and obtain certain rewards.In recent year,with continuous development of domestic economy and the continued rise of family investment in education,the tutor service industry is entering a vigorous period.A college student tutoring market with mature specifications and capability of balancing multiple needs can not only satisfy the needs of employers,but also play an active role in cultivating students' self-reliance,accumulating work experience and improving economic conditions.With the continued increase number of family tutors,the number of employers who need to be matched has also increased.This paper analyses a bilateral matching problem between families and family tutors from tutor intermediate center in university.Tutoring intermediate center plays role as a platform that provides part-time job information for students and provides suitable tutor resources for family in needed,which has obvious bilateral characteristics of a two-sided market.It can be described as one-to-many bilateral matching problem with the target of maximizing both family and family tutor's perceived satisfaction.Firstly,construct evaluation index system and the bilateral matching relationship between the two sides.We use the questionnaire survey method to analyze the demand characteristics,propose the problems which are needed to be solved.Then,the set value iteration method is used to obtain the weights of each index,and combined with the decision method of Dual Generalized Pythagorean 2-tuple Linguistic Weighted Bonferroni operator,we can obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of the two sides.Combined with the bilateral matching theory,one-to-many bilateral matching problem can be transferred into a one-to-one bilateral matching problem,the matching relationships are quantized by the comprehensive evaluation value and the historical evaluation value.At the same time,with the perspective of the prospect theory,the psychological responses of the two bilateral subjects under multiple evaluation indicators are characterized.The perception satisfaction function of both family tutors and families is constructed respectively,and the bilateral matching model is established.Finally,an example is presented and solved to demonstrate the effectiveness of both the model and the method.The results show that the model and the method can be used to allocate task,meet the two-sides demands very efficiently.This study applies bilateral matching theory,prospect theory and multi-attribute decision-making theory into research comprehensively,and mainly solves two problems as follows:(1)Model construction:combined with the bilateral matching theory,the matching decision model for both family tutors and the families is more compatible,and can improve the matching quality.This paper combines the prospect theory to describe the preference of bilateral subjects under uncertain conditions,construct the perceived satisfaction functions separately and design the bilateral matching strategy to seek the best matching scheme;(2)Dealing with evaluation information:in view of the ambiguity of evaluation information,combined with the multi-attribute fuzzy decision-making theory,this study uses DGP2TLWBM method to quantify the evaluation value of index,which can describe the evaluation information more accurately.
