| The Opinions of the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Schools and Universities in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions")of March 20,2020,clearly states that "in-depth labor education is an inherent requirement for cultivating outstanding talents and a necessary way to cultivate the new man of the times." On July 7,2020,the "Guidance Outline of Labor Education in Universities,Schools and Colleges(for Trial Implementation)" clarifies the framework of labor education objectives and the main contents and specific requirements of labor education in universities,schools and colleges,and the outline points out that labor education will be incorporated into the whole process of talent cultivation,and the ways of implementing labor education will be enriched and expanded.Labor education is guided by the Marxist doctrine of "all-round development of human beings",and is intended to cultivate the labor ability and vocational skills of young people in the context of the new era,and to guide them to establish correct labor values and deep labor sentiments.It is the requirement of the development of the times to insist that labor education is an important way to cultivate socialist builders and successors,and to accurately grasp the nurturing value of labor education in the new era.At present,China has made great progress in labor education,but at the same time,due to the influence of many factors,the cultivation of labor sentiment among college students is still a weak link,and there are still problems of vague understanding of labor sentiment in thought and lack of labor sentiment in practice.For example,in terms of ideology,there is a vague understanding of labor ideology,a lack of proper labor dynamics and a lack of labor habits;in terms of practice,there is a lack of initiative and consciousness in learning labor knowledge and skills,as well as a lack of motivation and value creation in employment and labor practice.This is not only detrimental to the development of college students themselves,but also detrimental to the realization of the educational goal of integrating labor education into the whole process of talent cultivation,and even more detrimental to the cultivation of successors of the new era.Based on this situation,in order to improve the inner quality of college students in the new era,cultivate the concept of labor consciousness,stimulate labor enthusiasm and enhance the labor creation consciousness,the study on the cultivation of labor sentiment of college students in the new era is launched.This paper is divided into five parts.Chapter 1,Introduction.It introduces the background of the thesis,theoretical significance and application value,the current situation of domestic and foreign researches,and the research method,proposed problem solving and innovation points of the thesis.Chapter 2,theoretical analysis of labor sentiment of college students in the new era.Labor,labor sentiment and the theoretical foundation of labor sentiment are discussed respectively,with emphasis on the theoretical foundation of labor sentiment.Chapter 3,the value implication of cultivating labor sentiment among college students in the new era is discussed.The value implication of labor sentiment cultivation is discussed in four parts,namely,the demand of the times for correcting labor values,the value pursuit of cultivating the new generation of the times,the cultivation requirement of implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities,and the development demand of implementing the idea of labor education.Chapter 4,this chapter mainly analyzes the manifestations and causes of the lack of labor sentiment of college students in the new era.Firstly,the article lists the manifestations of the lack of labor sentiment,including the ambiguous understanding of labor ideology,the lack of proper labor dynamics,the lack of labor habits,and the weak knowledge,skills and employability.Secondly,by summarizing and analyzing the basic manifestations,the article explores the causes and points out that the main reasons are: the lack of labor education in families,the lack of in-depth labor education in colleges and universities,the influence of negative social environment,and the identification with negative labor culture.Chapter 5,on the basis of the above research,proposes the cultivation path of labor sentiment of college students in the new era.According to the conceptual and emotional characteristics of labor sentiment,this chapter considers the paths of cultivating labor sentiment among college students in the new era from four aspects: knowledge,emotion,intention and action,and proposes to cultivate labor sentiment among college students by strengthening their labor ideological awareness,enhancing their labor emotional identity,strengthening their labor will and actively guiding them to participate in labor practice. |
