In the era of educational informatization 2.0,digital education resources,as an information-based teaching element and resource presentation means for secondary vocational teachers,play an important role in education and teaching.With the application of digital resources,we need to accelerate the accumulation of digital resources for secondary vocational education,or provide digital resources for teachers in the process of information-based education,Lay a data foundation for the realization of smart vocational education and create unlimited possibilities for the digital transformation and upgrading of vocational education.Secondary vocational teachers are affected by many factors in the actual use of digital education resources.We need to explore its application status and find the existing problems.This study takes secondary vocational teachers in H Municipality as the research object and "Application of digital education resources" as the research topic,and carries out research and analysis from four aspects: theoretical construction,current situation investigation,problem analysis and optimization strategy.Firstly,through literature review,this paper combs the research status of teachers’ digital education resources application at home and abroad,analyzes the research trend of secondary vocational teachers’ digital education resources application,defines the relevant core concepts from the two levels of education subject and resource subject,and determines that the theoretical basis of the research is "teaching process theory","knowledge management theory" and "education ecosystem theory".Secondly,by means of questionnaire and field survey,based on the three important influencing factors of application environment,application subject and application object,fully understand the application status of digital education resources for secondary vocational teachers in H Municipality,and deeply record and analyze the quality,application mode and existing problems of teachers’ digital education resources in class by focusing on School-S in the region,Supplement the deficiency of the questionnaire survey,and comprehensively analyze the current situation of secondary vocational resource application environment(information equipment and facilities configuration and application soft environment),resource construction,teacher resource acquisition and application with the combination of questionnaire survey and field investigation.Furthermore,from the three aspects of application environment,teacher subject and resource object,this paper analyzes some possible problems of secondary vocational digital education resources,and comprehensively studies and judges the causes of the problems.Finally,it puts forward optimization strategies from three levels: the state,schools and teachers,which are closely related to the application of resources.The state should grasp the development direction and support the construction of high-quality resources.The competent education departments at all levels should refine and implement relevant policies.Schools should create information-based conditions,and teachers should change their ideas,increase their awareness,strengthen their ability and learning skills,Promote the high-level application of digital education resources for secondary vocational teachers.
