Junior high school as a keyt stage of individual adolescent development,this stage of psychological growth,as well as self-awareness ability,learning ability,social communication ability,self-control and other abilities.This is closely related to the subsequent growth and development of individuals.Throughout the past research,this paper discusses the study of the factors that affect students’ study and life has a lot of,whether it is under the individual factors of self-awareness,psychological capital status,family factors,school factors and external environment,etc.,are likely to affect individual learning into degrees,and possibly because of one bad state,However,it hinders the individual’s investment in learning and has a bad influence on his future development.From this point of view,this study aims to explore the mechanism between external peer relationship,internal academic self-efficacy and learning engagement of junior high school students from these affect factors.On these grounds,the intervention of academic self-efficacy,one of the influencing factors,is investigated to see whether it can be improved,at the same time,providing a new foothold for improving the study of learning psychology of junior high school students,and making a modest contribution to the development of adolescents.In the first study,peer Relationship Scale,Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire for Junior High School Students and Learning Engagement Questionnaire for Middle School students were used to survey students in two schools in Xining.A total of 600 paper questionnaires were distributed to students,with 551 valid questionnaires and a recovery rate of 91.8%.In the second study,Their arrangement plan scheme of voluntary registration of junior middle school students to intervene.Sixty subjects were recruited and interviewed,and divided into two groups.Conclusion:(1)junior high school students have a good overall situation in the three aspects of three variables which are at the upper middle level.(2)The specific situation of peer relationship among junior high school students: In terms of whether they are only children,the scores of students in all dimensions show significant differences;In terms of gender and grade,junior high school students only have certain differences in fear and inferiority,and total scores.(3)The specific situation of academic self-efficacy of junior high school students: in grade and class leadership,the average score of junior high school students in all dimensions showed obvious distinctions;In terms of gender,there is only a certain difference in the score of learning ability of students.(4)Specific situation of junior high school students’ learning engagement: In terms of grade and class leadership,the scores of junior high school students in all dimensions show significant differences;In terms of different regions,the scores of junior high school students only differ in motivation and attitude.(5)Correlation: The three variables are correlated in pairs.Junior middle school students’ academic self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the influence of peer on engagement.(6)It has been proved that group psychological counseling as an intervention can improve the level of academic self-efficacy and learning engagement of junior middle school students.
