The Influence Of The Evolution Of Competition Rules On The Development Of Swimming Technique And Training Enlightenment

There is a dialectical relationship between the evolution of swimming competition rules and the innovation of swimming technology.As swimming techniques develop,corresponding competition rules should be adapted.The main factor promoting the development of swimming technology is the evolution of swimming competition rules.Therefore,based on the evolution of rules,systematic research on the development and innovation of swimming technology can effectively analyze the law and trend of the development of swimming competition rules,and master the influence of the trend and law on the training of swimming technology and the improvement of the performance of swimming competition.Existing research for technology,on the way to swim,turned around,the sprint to the edge of the rules of the development of technology and equipment under the influence of change is dispersed and individual,based on swimming competition of the whole system,analysis of the new rules for different stages and different aspects of the technical training efficiency,competition ability to ascend,such as the provision of inspiration.Therefore,this paper uses literature method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,case study method,expert interview method and other research methods,from the perspective of the evolution of swimming competition rules,the development of swimming technology and training enlightenment.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The evolution of swimming competition rules is mainly manifested in five aspects.1)The level of referee functions is expanded,and the chief judge has the right to make decisions;2)Timing method reform,so that the process of adjudication is more detailed;3)The punishment standard is reformed to make the judgment result more strict;4)The regulations of various swimming strokes are constantly changed to make the technology more reasonable;5)The rule changes of site equipment make it more accurate and close to zero error.2.The evolution and development trend of swimming competition rules;1)Promoted the continuous development of swimming techniques and training methods;2)The swimming events will be more fair,humanized,intense and scientific in the future.3.The influence of the evolution of new rules on the development of swimming technology is mainly reflected in five aspects: starting technology,en route swimming technology,turn technology,sprint to the side technology and the change of competition equipment.1)The starting technology is more stable and rapid;2)More accurate and detailed travel technology;3)Turn technology is more diversified and controllable;4)Sprint to the edge technology is relatively loose,which promotes the innovation of incomplete movement and aerial to the edge,giving athletes more room for innovation;5)The competition equipment is more standardized and strict,and more suitable for the athletes’ technical development and meet the competition standards.4.Seven aspects of swimming technique training inspired by the evolution of new rules:1)Understanding the evolution of rules and strengthening the rational use of techniques;2)Optimize the reasonable ratio of stroking frequency and stroking amplitude according to the champion model;3)Docking with international technology to improve the level of intelligence;4)Emphasize drag reduction training,and strengthen swimming propulsion;5)Deepen the strength quality and refine the decomposition and combination training of swimming strokes accurately;6)Strengthen the practice of water sense and improve the application quality of water pulling and catching techniques;7)Keep an eye on the trend of rules and innovate technical training ideas.
