In recent years,China's women's 400-meter freestyle event has been at a disadvantage in the world competitions.The study found that the turning time has a great influence on the competition results in the 400-meter freestyle event.Improving the turning technology is the key to improving the 400-meter freestyle competition results.This article takes 8 outstanding female swimmers from the Chinese national team as the test object,studies its 400-meter freestyle turning technique,discusses the problems of its turning technique,and proposes targeted training methods.To provide a theoretical basis for improving the competition performance of Chinese female swimmers,it is of great significance to coaches to instruct athletes to implement freestyle turning techniques.The study was conducted using literature data method,expert consultation method,testing method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method.During the test,10 professional cameras(4 underwater and 6 water)were used to turn the subject and the various stages Shooting.Use Dartfish software for video image analysis,extract athletes' turn time,sliding time,joint angle and other index data,and use SPSS 17.0 to perform correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data.The results show that:1.The four variables of swimming time,swimming time,sliding distance and knee joint angle can be used to predict the 15 m turn time,increase the swimming time and swimming time of the turn,and control the sliding distance and knee joint angle can effectively increase the 15 m turn time.2.Swimming time is the first influencing factor for turning and turning time;knee angle,kick-off time and sliding distance also have a certain effect on the turning time of 15 m.The turning effect depends not only on the strength factor,but also on the turning time and the angle of each joint when pedaling away.3.When the athlete turns and pedals,the hip joint angle is between 110-140 degrees,and the knee joint angle is about 60 degrees,which is the best effect to increase the initial speed of the athlete kicking off the pool wall.4.Athlete's swimming speed is significantly related to the speed of the athlete's rolling action.Keeping the high speed close to the pool wall and converting the body's linear velocity into the athlete's body inertia during the rolling can help the athlete to better complete the action of turning and rolling.5.The training method used in this article has a certain effect on improving the 15-meter turning time and rolling time,and also helps to improve the swimming time.
