Dynamic balance ability and coordination are the essential basic qualities of basketball players,which are limited by the field and equipment.Therefore,it is urgent to explore a simple and effective training method to improve athletes’ dynamic balance ability and coordination.In this paper,the effects of rope skipping training on the dynamic balance ability and coordination of young basketball players were studied by using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,field investigation,experiment and questionnaire.Twenty-four students from the basketball special class of sports school in JiLin province were selected as experimental subjects by using the method of random whole sampling,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group for two weeks of adaptive training and 10 weeks of normal training.The experimental group received 20 minutes of rope skipping training,and the control group received the same intensity of jogging.Before and after the experiment period,the YBT and HTC were used to evaluate the dynamic balance ability and coordination of the two groups of athletes.The results were as follows: before the test,the left side of YBT score was 89.45±4.95,and the right side was 91.01±4.34.The left side of the athletes in the control group was87.13±6.71,and the right side was 86.89±5.84.After 10 weeks of training,the left side of the YBT score of the athletes in the experimental group was 95.46±3.91,and the right side was 96.62±3.98.The left side of the control group was 89.94±4.27,and the right side was 91.27±4.98.NeuroCom Balance Master Systems was used to test the results of RWS,LOS,US,MCTSIB,WES and so on,and the results showed that the improvement rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Before the HCT time test,the experimental group was 10.55 ± 0.40 seconds,and the control group was 10.56 ± 0.45 seconds.After 10 weeks of training,the experimental group was 9.39±0.60 seconds,and the control group was 10.11±0.14 seconds.Conclusion:1.Rope skipping training can effectively improve the dynamic balance ability and coordination of young basketball players.2.Rope skipping training can effectively improve the dynamic balance ability and coordination of young basketball players.3.After the 10-week rope skipping training,the scores of YBT comprehensive score,balance system test and haller cycle test were significantly improved.4.In rope skipping training,the coordination of young basketball players to improve the dynamic balance ability is not necessarily improved.
