Research On The Construction Of The Content Index System Of The Pre-level Technical Evaluation Of The Wushu Sanda Section In Hubei Province

As an important part of martial arts and an excellent national traditional sports project in China,Wushu Sanda has its own unique technical style system on the basis of inheriting the essence of traditional Chinese martial arts fighting and has experienced more than 40 years of development.The design of the current martial arts Sanda dan position system is mainly based on competition at the dan promotion level,and the pre-dan level is used as the preparatory level of the dan position,mainly for children aged 4-12.Through interviews and questionnaires,it was learned that Hubei region urgently needs a set of curriculum system suitable for young children to practice martial arts Sanda,which is used to guide the teaching and training of martial arts Sanda.Based on this,this study hopes to promote the improvement of the pre-level evaluation system of The Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province through the construction of the content index system of the pre-level technical evaluation of the Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province,and provide a reference basis for the Hubei Provincial Sanda Fighting Club to establish a curriculum system suitable for the training of children’s martial arts Sanda.In this paper,taking the content index system of the pre-level technical evaluation of the Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province as the research object,using the literature method,delphi method,comparative analysis method,expert interview method and other research methods,first of all,on the basis of the collection of preliminary data and the determination of the construction principle of the pre-level technical evaluation content index system of the Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province,the preliminary framework of the pre-level technical evaluation content system of the Wushu Sanda section of Hubei Province is formed,and the delphi method is used to conduct two rounds of questionnaire surveys on 12 experts,combined with expert opinions,and the index content is added 2.Delete and modify,and finally,according to the determined index content,a preliminary analysis of the content arrangement and design of the pre-level evaluation of the Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province is carried out,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The construction of the content index system for the pre-level technical evaluation of the Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province should follow the following principles: the principle of simplicity and efficiency,which is conducive to promotion;the principle of cultural guidance and morality in the first place;the principle of conforming to the law and taking it step by step;the principle of comprehensive technology and physical fitness;the principle of combining reality and basing it on Sanda;the principle of inheriting the upper and lower levels and connecting the upper and lower levels.2.The content index system of the pre-level technical evaluation of the Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province should include 4 first-level indicators such as "martial arts cultivation";18 second-level indicators such as "fist hugging ceremony".3.Preliminary arrangement and design analysis of the content of the pre-level technical evaluation of the Wushu Sanda section in Hubei Province: 1)the content of the martial arts cultivation is assessed at the first level of the paragraph;2)the assessment of the special technical content,the primary position mainly assesses the boxing technique,the intermediate position assessment leg method,the fist and leg combination technology,the advanced assessment wrestling technique,the fist and leg wrestling combination technology,and the content of each previous level of evaluation is the support and guidance of the content of the latter level of evaluation,and the latter level evaluation is the consolidation and improvement of the content of the previous level of evaluation;3)the basic physical fitness assessment,starting from the previous level of assessment 4)The feeding simulation starts from the first three levels of the section.
