Research On The Evaluation System Of Wushu Duan System Examination In Shandong Province

The stage system of wushu is a hierarchy system for evaluating the wushu level of wushu practitioners.Since its implementation in the 1990 s,it has encountered many bottleneck problems,and its promotion scope,credibility and influence have all been greatly restricted.The lack of research on the top-level design and evaluation system for the development of the examination point system of martial arts section system is an important constraint factor.Based on the development status of wushu segment system in shandong province,this paper USES the methods of documentary data,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics to determine the important influencing indicators in the development of wushu segment system.Three primary indicators and22 secondary indicators were obtained through the form of assignment.Among them,three primary indicators are subject,organization training and guarantee.The subjects include 8 indicators,including the number of new entrants,the number of jin duan,the number of instructor examiners,the number of training personnel,full-time personnel,the number of experts in selection and adjustment,the number of examiners,and the number of outstanding instructors.The organizational training includes 6 indicators,namely,regular training,organizational training innovation,practice effect,indoor and outdoor facilities,six-step situation and phased system examination.The guarantee includes 8 indicators,including exclusive office,network construction of exam sites,annual planning,publicity means,expert evaluation,leading group opinions,online complaints and working meeting votes.According to the score of importance,12 important indicators were obtained,and the weight of each indicator was obtained by using yaahp.Conclusion: the evaluation index of the test points of the phased system is(1.00),among which,the subject(0.3708),the organization training(0.1902),and the guarantee(0.4390).Among the subjects(0.3708),the number of new entrants(0.1472),jin duan(0.1231),full-time staff(0.5780),evaluation staff(0.0890),and excellent instructors(0.0627).In the organizational training(0.1902),regular training(0.0509),exercise effect(0.1970),interval system examination(0.7521);In security(0.4390),annual planning(0.1239),expert evaluation(0.4250),leading group opinion(0.3781),online complaints(0.0730).
