Abstract/Summary:
Yin Yoga is a yoga training which takes deep stretching and deep breathing as the practice method and aims at calming and purifying the mind.The practice of yin yoga can improve the quality of joint flexibility,reduce students’ resistance and physical discomfort in the process of flexibility training,and prevent sports injury.For Aerobics students,flexibility is the core ability,which directly affects their technical level.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper integrates Yin Yoga practice into the practice of Aerobics flexibility quality training,designs the teaching contents,methods and steps of Yin Yoga to improve aerobics flexibility quality,and tests the teaching results through the comparative analysis of the effect of Yin Yoga and traditional Aerobics flexibility quality training before and after the experiment,The purpose of aerobics teaching is to cultivate the students’ flexible quality and diversified teaching methods.The results show that:1.Flexibility plays a very important role in aerobics,and it is one of the special abilities of aerobics.Good flexibility is conducive to strengthen the body shape,improve the movement range,improve the movement difficulty,prevent sports injuries and extend the life of sports.2.The principle of Yin Yoga in improving the flexibility of aerobics students lies in drawing on the Meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the goal is to completely relax the muscles,stretch the skeletal connective tissue,and reduce the painful experience by lengthening the breathing rhythm and prolonged asanas.Yin Yoga teaching is an effective way to improve the flexibility of students in a short time on the basis of following the cognitive law of students,adopting the principles of gradual progress,virtuous circle,proper intensity and comprehensive system.3.The teaching plan design of Yin Yoga to improve the flexibility quality of calisthenics majors is mainly constructed from teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching stages and teaching methods.The five teaching methods designed around the basic process of Yin Yoga Asana study are helpful to broaden the teaching approach and improve the training effect.4.The experimental results showed that the upper limb flexibility of the two groups was improved,but the experimental group improved significantly(P<0.05),and the teaching effect was better.Among them,holding rope to turn shoulder is the most significant(P<0.01),which shows that Yin Yoga can improve the flexibility of shoulder joint.5.There were significant differences in the improvement of lower limb flexibility between the two groups,but the improvement effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the Control Group,and the difference was significant in the index of transverse Split(P<0.05).It shows that Yin Yoga teaching can effectively improve the flexibility of students’ hip joints,but the effect of left and right vertical split is not obvious because of the short experimental period.6.The forward flexion and flexibility quality of students in both groups was improved,but the forward flexion of sitting body in the experimental group was improved more significantly(P < 0.05),indicating that Yin Yoga can improve the forward flexion and flexibility quality of students better than traditional aerobics teaching.7.The special flexibility quality of the two groups of students was improved,especially in the Experimental Group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the index of front embrace,the experimental group was significantly higher than the Control Group(P<0.01).
