| Youth sports events are not only an important platform to meet the needs of youth sports,but also an important component of sports industry.In the past,China’s youth sports events were influenced by the national system,mainly led by government departments such as the Sports Bureau and the Ministry of Education.However,due to the mechanism and policy barriers of the two departments,a series of problems such as insufficient number of participants,limited supply capacity and "tournament-only" appeared in the events,and the events needed to be socialized.As an important part of social forces to hold competitions,youth sports clubs have been developing vigorously since 2000,but their number of development does not match their functions.In the past,youth sports clubs were mainly responsible for the training of youth sports skills,but their multiple functions in training reserve talents for competitive sports and enriching students’ spare time life have not yet been played.At the same time,its development also faces a series of problems,such as shortage of human resources,lack of facilities,narrow financing channels,etc.,and its capacity building needs to be improved.The socialization development of youth sports events can promote the structural reform on the supply side and the deep tapping of potential on the demand side,and realize the "two-way" development of youth sports clubs and youth sports events through the "dual" drive.To sum up,how to promote the benign development of socialization of youth sports events is very important.Therefore,based on the policy background of integration of sports and education,this paper studies the current situation of youth sports events at home and abroad and the development of youth sports organizations by means of literature,field research,questionnaire survey and logical analysis.At the same time,19 indicators such as sports interest,venues and facilities,human resources and internal supervision are attributed to four public factors,namely,organization and management of sports events,internal and external environment of sports events,individual support and difference of teenagers and policy environment of sports resources,through factor analysis,and the factors influencing the socialization development of youth sports events are deeply analyzed.At the same time,through the comprehensive scoring method,this paper analyzes the dilemma of the current socialization development of youth sports events:（1）the organization of youth sports events is systematized and the capacity building of operators is lacking;（2）The foundation of youth sports events is dynamic,and there is no guarantee policy for governance subjects;（3）The resources of youth sports events are fragmented and the level of public sports services is low;（4）The goal of youth sports events is unified and the function of physical education is absent.Based on this,the following countermeasures are put forward:（1）Policy guidance: constructing the development policy system of streamline administration,delegate power,strengthen regulation and improve services to stimulate the vitality of social events;（2）Shortcomings: implement the opening policy of teachers in school venues to eliminate the bottleneck of social forces running sports;（3）Allocation of resources: establishing a multisubject participation system to give full play to the advantages of government social market resources;（4）Functional regression: promote sports and education departments to cooperate and enrich the supply of events to play the essential functions of events. |
