The concept of Outcome-based Education(OBE)always centers on three themes of "outcome-based","reverse design" and "learning output" in the process of innovation and development.Teaching design is based on the competencies that graduates should master and the needs of stakeholders.Business Etiquette course is the core skill course of public administration major.It is necessary to meet the new requirements of the society for skilled talents while ensuring the teaching quality and achieving the goal of talent training.Based on the concept of OBE,reform the traditional teaching material contents as the driver of task-based teaching mode.It can not only meet the needs of social development,but also help enhance interest in learning.At the same time,promote students to scientifically plan their own learning process.It is of positive significance to improve teaching quality and realize the goal of talent training of vocational education.This paper first introduces the research background and significance.The research status,theoretical basis and related concepts are described and defined.Second,refer to the concept of OBE’s successful application experience in other disciplines.Questionnaire survey is used to understand the status quo,characteristics,and problems in the implementation of task-based teaching of business etiquette courses in secondary vocational schools.According to this,the task-based teaching reform direction of "Business Etiquette" course in secondary vocational schools based on OBE concept is determined.Thirdly,the interview method is used to understand the needs of stakeholders and determine the final learning outcome.And take this as the basis of reverse design teaching objective.Finally,using the experimental method,select the secondary vocational business ritual etiquette,communication etiquette and social etiquette three modules for the teaching experiment.Design task-based teaching suitable for online,online/offline,offline three modes.The OBE concept is applied to task-based teaching of Business Etiquette in secondary vocational schools.Through the comparative analysis of the results before and after.Combined with the results of student satisfaction survey.It is concluded that TBLT based on OBE can effectively improve the problems existing in the current secondary vocational classroom,such as insufficient persistence of learning interest,lack of gradient task setting and single use of teaching methods.This approach is closely in line with the new demand of education stakeholders for skilled talents.It can be applied to the teaching of public administration courses in secondary vocational schools.For a line of teachers in different situation to use task-based teaching based on the OBE provides multiple options.At the end of the article,the teaching research results are summarized.Reflect on the existing shortcomings and prospects the future research direction.
