Study Of The Current Situation And Development Of Youth Basketball Training Facilities In Zunyi

The rapid development of the economy has led to an increase in the standard of living of the public and the importance they attach to health issues.The constant pursuit of health has led to the rapid development of the fitness industry,and commercial fitness clubs have gradually gained public recognition and acceptance due to their good sporting atmosphere,rich equipment,programmes and professional fitness management.In recent years,sports and health clubs have proliferated in various cities and have become a pillar of the sports industry.Youth sports training,in particular,is widely recognised by the public and the number of people participating in sports training is growing year on year.However,compared to developed countries,youth sports training in China is still in its infancy and there are still many marketing shortcomings that limit the development of youth sports training facilities.For example,market positioning is not accurate and does not reflect consumer psychology.Therefore,it is necessary to explore improve the marketing capacity of training institutions and fully exploit the role of youth sports training.Among the many sports training institutions,basketball is a popular sport among young people,and therefore many basketball training institutions have been born today.In this light,the development of basketball training institutions is being explored in order to implement the national physical fitness policy and improve the physical quality of people in their areas.In this paper,we analyze and summarize the current development model of youth basketball coaching institutions and the development of the coaching market in the light of the current situation of youth basketball coaching institutions at home and abroad,with the hope of It is expected to explore the domestic laws that are suitable for the development of the youth basketball coaching market in Zunyi City and provide a guarantee for the future development of the basketball coaching market in Zunyi City.This thesis mainly uses literature,expert interviews,fieldwork,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth institutions in Zunyi City,according to which the factors influencing Zunyi City are analysed and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The operator lacks administrative experience,a reasonable division of labour in the professional sector and a need for innovation in the way it advertises.The facilities and equipment of the training site are not perfect and the auxiliary equipment cannot meet the basic teaching and training requirements.2.The number of female participants in youth basketball training institutions in Zunyi is low,and most of the participants are enrolled for the purpose of personal preference.The number of students participating in basketball at school is low,and there are few basketball tournaments for young people inside and outside of school.3.Most of the coaching staff at youth basketball training institutions in Zunyi are part-time college coaches,and there are few female coaches,which affects the enrolment of female students.The coaches’ overall teaching qualifications are limited,their teaching level needs to be improved,their salaries are unstable,their work is highly mobile,and the institutions lack full-time coaches.4.The teaching practices of most educational institutions do not refer to the Chinese youth basketball training program,and most coaches write their own lesson plans or borrow other coaches’ lesson plans to teach,which is not scientific and innovative enough in terms of lesson plan design.5.The main reason for parents to choose a basketball coaching institution is to consider the quality of the institution’s instruction,and the main purpose of participation is to let their children exercise and enhance their physical fitness.The main purpose of the participants’ participation in coaching is for personal hobby in the hope of improving their physical and technical level,and the overall evaluation of basketball coaching institutions by participants and parents is good.
