This paper mainly uses the experimental method to carry on the "SAQ training method" experiment to the wushu routine athletes of Urumqi Huawu Club for eight weeks.Before the experiment,various qualities were tested and grouped,and then SAQ training was conducted for the experimental group and traditional sensitivity training was conducted for the control group.Through comparative analysis of various data before and after the experiment,the following conclusions were drawn:The results show that:(1)After 8 weeks of training,there was no significant difference in the experimental group except for a single combination of martial arts routines,and there were significant differences in the other four test indicators.SAQ training method can improve martial arts routine athletes’ reaction speed,displacement speed,ability to change direction,explosive force,quick start and other aspects of ability and quality.(2)After the athletes passed8 weeks of traditional agility training,the test index results of the control group showed that only the Illinois and Wushu routines had significant differences.Relatively speaking,in martial arts routine training,the traditional agility training methods rarely carry out comprehensive exercises,resulting in the inability to exert the maximum kinetic energy of the body well.(3)The SAQ training method can improve the agility quality,thereby improving the exercise level of martial arts routine athletes’ movements and integrating other physical qualities.The improvement of agility can not only improve sports performance,but also reduce sports injuries and enable athletes to maintain a good sports life.According to the research results of the experimental intervention of "SAQ training method" in the training process of wushu routine athletes,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)It is suggested that when choosing SAQ training method,attention should be paid to SAQ training according to athletes’ different age,environment,growth and development characteristics and other aspects,and a set of targeted,systematic and scientific training program should be designed according to the physical function and sports level of wushu athletes.(2)It is suggested that the relationship between training intensity and training time should be well adjusted in the sensitive quality training of adolescent wushu routine athletes,so as to avoid the lack of concentration due to excessive fatigue,which will eventually lead to the decrease of training effect.(3)SAQ’s ability of fast movement and fast start can significantly improve the training level of wushu routine athletes.It is suggested that wushu routine coaches combine SAQ with combination movements and transition movements to achieve a better training level.(4)SAQ training is a relatively new physical fitness training method,which can not completely negate the traditional sensitivity training.It is recommended to combine SAQ’s combination of quick transition movements with foot agility exercises for better results.
