Born in a hundred years,standing in the sexy.Before school education as enlightenment education,it is increasingly received by society.Teachers are the core of education,then teachers’ resource allocation is also the primary problem of education resource allocation,and children’s teachers resources are the fundamental power of the development of rural schools.It is related to the quality of rural school education.Whether rural children can enjoy quality and fair education.Under the current development of rural education,there is a situation in which teachers’ resources are uniform,and there are uneven structs between the parks.The teachers in the rural kindergartens "can’t stay,can’t stay,teach bad" and other issues.,Seriously hindering the development of rural school education.To this end,there is an urgent need to explore the road to the rational allocation of the rural kindergarten teachers’ resources.Research on the allocation of K City Rural Kindergarten Teachers Resources,It is necessary to consider the "status" of teachers’ resources allocation,but also to examine its "natural".The "status" state of teacher resource is referring to the state of teacher resources,optimized configuration,and the "natural" state of teacher resource is referred to as the real situation of the country’s rural kindergarten teacher resource allocation.This paper mainly based on education fair theory,human resource management theory,teacher professional development theory,with literature method,observation method,interview method is the research method,analyzes the status quo,problem and its influencing factors of K City Rural Kindergarten Teachers Resources,In order to enrich the research results in the field of rural kindergartens teacher resource allocation,promote the development of rural preschool education to fairness.First,the relevant research results at home and abroad are combed,and then the rural kindergarten,resource allocation,teacher resource allocation is defined,and the results of teacher resource allocation are analyzed from the results of teacher resource allocation.That is: the source of teachers,the distribution of teachers resources;the number of teachers,teachers,teachers’ quality investigations.From social factors,historical factors,policy factors,management factors,etc.,analyze the problems and their influencing factors,and learn from the successful experience of domestic and foreign teacher resource allocation,provide countermeasures to provide countermeasures for children’s resources in K,rural kindergarten teachers in K City.The results show that there is a gap in the number of teachers,and the teacher structure is relatively imbalance,and the teacher’s overall quality is not high,and the teacher resources are double loss.Further,from social,history,policies,management and other aspects,the problem and its influencing factors have been analyzed.It is found that the social status of rural kindergarten teachers is not high,and the traditional ideological concept is bound.The teacher’s threshold access mechanism is not perfect.Teacher qualification certificate is easier Low economic development,uneven urban and rural economic development,the imperfect teacher resource allocation system,teachers’ title system and performance assessment system irregular,and the reason for the management level.Based on this,this paper proposes the government to clearly responsibility and implementation,the education department should improve the education policy,the manager improve the management level,and the teacher’s improvement of professional literacy should be proposed: promote the development of urban and rural integration,improve the treatment of rural teachers,and broaden the supplemental channels of teachers;Strict teacher’s access,establish a teacher exchange,improve the stability system of teachers;strengthen the management of people "people’s text" management concept,improve teachers’ title assessment and performance assessment system,and build a teacher’s training system;establish a correct occupation Values,strengthen multiculturalism learning,and improve the ability of education teaching.
