| In recent years,scholars’ research focus on the professional development,team building and kindergarten development of kindergarten teachers has gradually shifted from the cultural construction of the kindergarten to the cultural construction of kindergarten teachers.As the core part of the kindergarten culture,the kindergarten teacher culture is the sum of the behavioral norms and consciousness with professional characteristics formed by the kindergarten teachers based on the professional activities in the kindergarten,class,interpersonal communication and other specific situations.Development has the role of guidance and demonstration,and embodies the characteristics of integration and uniqueness.At present,the research on kindergarten teacher culture in my country is still in the exploratory stage,and urban kindergartens are mostly selected as the research objects,while there are few related studies on the rural kindergarten teacher culture in ethnic minority areas.Therefore,focusing on the rural kindergartens in ethnic minority areas can enrich and expand their research scope in a sense.This study takes S-Kindergarten in K City as a case,and uses observation and interview methods to investigate the culture of teachers in S-Kindergarten.By analyzing the factors that affect the cultural construction of teachers in S-Kindergarten,the path of optimizing the cultural construction of teachers in S-Kindergarten is explored.The research consists of four parts,namely the introduction,the current situation of S-Kindergarten teachers’ cultural construction,the attribution of S-Kindergarten teachers’ cultural construction difficulties,and the suggestions for S-Kindergarten teachers’ cultural construction improvement.First,the introduction part is composed of the question,domestic and foreign research review,related concept definition,research significance,research methods,research ideas and theoretical basis;secondly,the current status of this research,mainly from the behavior culture,concept culture and system of kindergarten teachers The three aspects of culture reveal the current situation of S-Kindergarten teachers’ cultural construction,summarize the effect of S kindergarten teachers’ cultural construction,and conclude that the methods and means of S-Kindergarten teachers’ cultural construction tend to be passive in behavioral culture,the concept and practice are out of touch in concept culture,and institutional culture Finally,based on Bronfenbrenner’s ecological system theory,the factors affecting the cultural construction of S-Kindergarten teachers are analyzed from four aspects: micro system,intermediate system,outer system and macro system.According to the existing survey results,it puts forward four suggestions on optimizing the micro-support of teachers’ cultural consciousness,exploring the middle way to ensure the implementation of the system,creating an outer atmosphere that facilitates independent development,and building a macro-environment suitable for cooperation and coordination,in order to improve kindergarten teachers. |
