Reading can not only enhance the awareness of the world,but also meet the needs of aesthetic experience.In the process of reading,we can not only cultivate our own sentiment,but also enhance our self-cultivation in an all-round way.At present,the awareness of reading for the whole people is increasing.As the main place for the implementation of preschool education,kindergarten is also a fertile soil.It is particularly important for teachers to improve their professional skills and promote the growth of children.The construction of reading culture in kindergarten should be embodied in the practice of reading spiritual culture,reading system culture,reading material culture and reading behavior culture.In the whole process,it can not only cultivate the interest of teachers and children to read,improve the ability of teachers and children to read,but also make good behaviors of teachers and children through effective reading.Then.Based on the above ideas,the author carries out relevant investigation and research activities in Changsha kindergartens,and uses diversity survey methods,such as questionnaire survey,observation,interview and so on,and effectively collects related information.In the process of communication and communication with the kindergarten administrators,teachers and parents,I hope that everyone can pay more attention to the status of the kindergarten reading culture construction.At the same time,the author also summarizes the main problems in the related development process: the kindergarten is short of professional guidance for the reading and literary construction;The construction of reading system culture is not comprehensive;the construction of material culture in kindergartens is imperfect,and the construction of reading behavior culture in kindergartens is not coordinated.Through the analysis of the present situation and the problems,the author puts forward the rationalization proposal according to the principles of the kindergarten reading culture construction.First,we should correctly understand the kindergarten reading culture construction and set up the concept of the related garden.Second,plan and establish a long-term mechanism to ensure the continuity of reading cultural construction;third,Through construction courses and teaching research to enhance teachers' reading teaching ability;fourth,create a multidimensional reading behavior culture to promote children's reading ability.It is hoped that this study will help improve the experience and theory of kindergarten reading culture construction.On this basis,we try to put forward a more detailed and operational program for the construction of reading culture in kindergartens,with a view to providing inspiration and reference for the kindergartens in Changsha.
