Abstract/Summary:
Education is the most fundamental cause of the nation and the country.establishing moral integrity in cultivation is the fundamental task of education, especially under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, rural education has been placed in a prominent position. However, the stability of rural teachers has become an important factor restricting the development of rural education. The most prominent problem is the job burnout of rural teachers. The reason is not only the objective reality of the unbalanced development of urban and rural education, but also the self factors such as depression and anxiety of rural teachers. Therefore, solving job burnout is the key way to activate rural teachers’ psychology and work state,so as to further improve the development of rural education. This thesis selects some rural teachers as the research samples within the jurisdiction of H City,Hebei Province. On the basis of literature research, using the qualitative research of small sample discussion, this thesis preliminarily defines the job burnout of rural teachers, which is manifested in three aspects: weak sense of teaching achievement, low sense of professional identity and large negative emotion. At the same time, the thesis further analyzes the job burnout of rural teachers using positive analysis method including questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, and studies the relationship between self-efficacy,perceived organizational support and job burnout. The results show that teachers’ self-efficacy and perceived organizational support are at a low level, which also leads to their job burnout at a medium level.Perceived organizational support has a negative impact on job burnout, which shows that improving rural teachers’ perceived organizational support can alleviate job burnout.Among them,self-efficacy plays an intermediary role and strengthens the negative impact of perceived organizational support on job burnout, and the negative impact of caring for interests and work supporting is more powerful, but the value identity of rural teachers needs to be appropriate. We should not make value identity become the "moral burden" of rural teachers. The research results of this thesis clarify the path to solve job burnout. In this regard, this thesis puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First, educational units should perfect the work support system, and improve the teacher’s professional evaluation system, and enrich demand-oriented vocational ability training.Meanwhile, educational units should also deepen the exchange mechanism and broaden the path of teachers’ professional development,so as to constantly improve teachers’ sense of teaching achievement.Second, educational units should pay more attention to teacher’s interests, giving full play to the role of financial support to improve the treatment level of rural teachers. At the same time, educational units should strengthen the construction of school culture and pay high attention to teachers’ mental health, and guide the moderation of social expectations, reducing the role pressure of rural teachers,so as to constantly improve the warmth and emotion of school organizations.Third, rural teachers should enhance their psychological resilience, and actively learn mental health knowledge through self mindfulness training.Concurrently rural teachers should also strengthen their beliefs by example,so as to constantly improve teachers’ self-efficacy.
