Resilience is significant to youth development.By reviewing literature,we found that the existing studies mainly focus on the theoretical model and influencing factors of adolescent resilience,but ignored the intervention research on resilience,especially the intervention studies on the improvement of resilience of middle school students with learning difficulties were even rare.Intervention research is the logical process of turning a problem into an effective intervention program.Based on a systematic review of the literature on resilience,this paper analyzed the problem model of resilience of students with learning difficulties by using the theory of resilience.At the same time,we came up with the program model with group work intervention research on students’ resilience by intervening in the self-efficacy,sense of goal,emotional control ability and social support network of school and family,middle school students with learning difficulties.This paper finally selected 16 intervention objects with experimental design,analyzed the pre-and post-test plus following-up data collected both in experimental and comparison groups to assess the intervention effectiveness and continuance effects.The results showed that group work had a significant effect on the resilience of students with learning difficulties,and it had a good lasting effect.This study suggests that the group social work has enlightening significance for the intervention study to improve the level of resilience of middle school students with learning difficulties.
