| In 1980,Hunan Jiuyi Vocational College,the first private college in China,was founded,marking that private colleges and universities have also experienced more than 30 years of development in China.Private college counselors are the main part of the faculty and student management team of colleges and universities,With the dual identities of teachers and cadres,is the main force guiding the ideological and political education of college students in colleges and universities,and the organizer,implementer,guide and instructor of college students’ daily affairs management and ideological and political education.The communication bridge between colleges and departments and students;the task is very heavy,the tedious work affairs,their importance is self-evident,their workload will not be lower than that of full-time teachers in other posts,but in contrast,private colleges and universities counseling Problems such as low employee identification,unstable wages,high psychological pressure at work,and blocked promotion channels have caused more job-hopping ratios among counselors than professional teachers.This is not conducive to the sustained,healthy and healthy development of private universities.At the same time,It is also a waste of educational resources for society.Therefore,the study of the construction of the incentive mechanism for the instructors in private universities has major theoretical and practical significance.This article mainly adopts the method of collecting literature,questionnaire survey and interview method.Through the questionnaire survey on the counselor group of Sichuan Modern Vocational College,individual leaders and counselors interviewed to understand their thoughts on the college’s incentive mechanism,find out the reasons for the instability of the group of counselors,and further derive the motivation of counselors in private colleges The crux of the mechanism: use the literature method,refer to the incentive mechanism of counselors in other universities at home and abroad,and creatively use it in your college.The college has put forward few measures for the incentive problem of counselors,and does not constitute a fully effective incentive mechanism.It cannot meet the needs of the college’s growth and continuous development at this stage.The outstanding problem is that the counselors believe that their work is not proportional to their income,and they lack motivation.Proactive,passively accept work assignments,lack of active awareness,inability to improve personal promotion and growth of counselors,weak awareness of team mutual assistance and cooperation,and too many business matters.Combining with the crux found in the investigation and research,we try to use relevant incentive measures to find that it can solve the shortcomings of the current development of Sichuan Modern Vocational College.We hope to create a stable,active and innovative team of counselors for the college to promote the college Provide a certain basis for the overall student management and talent training and development,and provide a certain experience for other similar colleges and universities to improve the incentive mechanism measures. |
