| With the deepening of physical education teaching reform in China,the teaching mode of natural classes is not adapt to the demand of talents in future social development.Xi ’ an Peihua college of physical education teaching also conducted continuous exploration and reform,in the current taekwondo teaching,adopted the club teaching mode,based on student interests,students-centered,for the purpose of cultivating students lifelong sports consciousness for the purpose,taekwondo teaching effect has been significantly improved,but there are still some deficiencies.This study adopts field survey,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical and statistical methods,from the theory of teaching model,teaching objectives,implementation conditions,operation procedures,teaching evaluation,trying to find the deficiencies and targeted optimization,in order to further improve the quality of education and teaching service.The study drew the following conclusions:(1)The teaching goal of the teaching mode of Taekwondo Club is reasonable,but there is the phenomenon of "emphasizing the basic goal over the ultimate goal",especially the neglect of the mental health goal.We should strengthen the comprehensive implementation of the teaching objectives,pay attention to students ’mental health,and promote the coordinated development of students’ body and mind.(2)The teaching content of the teaching mode of Taekwondo Club lacks the introduction of theoretical knowledge,more only skill training,but ignores theory with practice.The Taekwondo teaching content should be optimized.(3)Although the teaching mode of Taekwondo club pays attention to the students ’interests and hobbies,it pays not enough attention to the differences of the students in the teaching process,resulting in the great difference between the students in the mastery of the teaching content.stratified teaching should be adopted,so that teaching according with their aptitude,differentiated treatment,specific analysis of specific problems.(4)Taekwondo teaching teachers are insufficient,the substitute pressure of the teachers is too large,when the teachers have no time to share,the students may learn problems,leading to the weakening of the learning effect.We should strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.(5)Taekwondo teaching infrastructure construction is relatively complete,but the teaching facilities and equipment are too old to meet the needs of students.Increase infrastructure input,provide hardware support,and improve the teaching environment.(6)Lack of relaxation activities,and at the end of each class,some teachers did not organize students to relax after training.Post-practice relaxation links should be added to help with exercise recovery. |
