Research On The Current Situation And Incentive Mechanism Of The National Fitness Volunteer Service In Six Districts Of Xi’an City

With the development of the national fitness movement and the opportunity of Xi’an city to hold the 14 th National Games,Xi’an community residents have more and more demand for physical exercise,so the voluntary service of national fitness has been paid more and more attention.How to improve the enthusiasm of Xi’an National Fitness volunteers to participate in volunteer service,we need to improve the Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service incentive mechanism,so that more volunteers can participate in the national fitness volunteer service,and promote the development of Xi’an national fitness activities.Through the research of Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service,this paper analyzes the problems existing in Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service,improves the enthusiasm and professionalism of volunteers in Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service,and creates a national fitness volunteer service team with volunteer service spirit and in line with the actual situation of Xi’an.In this paper,Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service and incentive mechanism as the research object,using questionnaire survey method,literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method to collect relevant data.Through the analysis of the demand of Xi’an community exercise residents for national fitness volunteer service and the basic situation of Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service,this paper sums up the existing problems of Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service,and improves the incentive mechanism of Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service,so as to ensure the long-term and efficient development of Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service.The main conclusions are as follows(1)Xi’an community exercise residents have a great demand for voluntary service of national fitness,and the content of voluntary service demand of community exercise residents is mainly professional knowledge and skills.(2)Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service incentive mechanism is not perfect,unable to attract volunteers to participate in the national fitness volunteer service,resulting in the age structure of the national fitness volunteers is too large,the number of years to participate in voluntary service is low,providing voluntary service has randomness.(3)Sports departments for the national fitness volunteer service propaganda is not enough,residents for the national fitness volunteer service misunderstanding,resulting in the national fitness volunteers to participate in volunteer service enthusiasm is reduced,hinder the development of national fitness volunteer service.(4)Volunteers are not satisfied with the existing incentive mechanism of Xi’an National Fitness volunteer service.The content of the incentive mechanism is not combined with the needs of Xi’an National Fitness volunteers,and the incentive content is single,which can not improve the enthusiasm of national fitness volunteers to participate in the national fitness volunteer service.(5)There is a lack of evaluation criteria for commendation and incentive of excellent volunteers for national fitness,which can not evaluate the quality of volunteer service for national fitness provided by volunteers for national fitness.
