Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Undergraduate Volunteers In Social Work Projects

Undergraduate volunteers have gradually become an indispensable human resource in social work projects or social work institutions.At the same time,there are also situations in which the churn rate is high and the service quality is difficult to guarantee.This research aims to explore the operation mode of the motivational mechanism of Undergraduate volunteer service learning and its incentive effect through the joint action of researchers and work teams,and summarize the characteristics and related elements of the incentive mechanism.This study uses action research,Relying on the Changchun City A social work organization,25 volunteers from the Shantao Volunteer Alliance are the main research participants,from March 2017 to the end of December 2018,After one year and nine months,it has experienced a cycle of action,four phases of action,namely,the preparation period for action,Exploring the motivation of college students' volunteer service;cultivating the incentive environment of social work institutions in the early stage of action;constructing the incentive mechanism for Undergraduate volunteer service learning in the middle of the action;exploring the incentives for volunteers to participate in the subjective action in the later stage of action.The results of the study show that participatory service learning incentives can motivate Undergraduate volunteers.And encourage them to increase their commitment to volunteering in terms of cognition,emotion and action.This incentive mechanism presents a spiraling feature;Social workers and organizations are in their environment,so social workers should be required to have good relationship handling and clear self-positioning.The organization must have a good atmosphere,clear organizational goals and vision,more resources and a clear system and planning.In order to achieve incentives for undergraduate volunteers.
