With the development of the economy and society,new economies and new business forms continue to emerge,giving birth to a variety of new flexible employment models,gestating huge market potential.As a new type of employment mode,flexible employment has played an important role in solving the production and life of thousands of people.Especially in the context of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia and the severe impact on the global economy,flexible employment has played a good role as a "buffer" and "reservoir" and has become an important means for the country to stabilize employment.In order to further exploit the unique advantages of flexible employment,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have issued a series of policy measures,which have made flexible employment channels more diversified,flexible employment environment optimized,and policy systems are gradually improved.Policy Support,which provides protection for the rights and interests of both employers and employees in flexible employment.However,research has also found that my country’s current flexible employment policy still faces problems such as the inadequacy of flexible employment groups and the social insurance system,imperfect public service policies in the flexible employment market,and imperfect public policy dissemination mechanisms for flexible employment.The main reason is labor.The complexity of the relationship,the imperfect top-level design,the imperfect legal system and other factors.Therefore,it is recommended to improve it from three aspects: First,improve the flexible employment social security system,including establishing more inclusive flexible labor relations,expanding the coverage of the occupational injury protection system,innovating pension insurance participation methods,and expanding unemployment insurance benefits Target scope;second,improve the communication mechanism of flexible employment policies,including enhancing the awareness of flexible employment policies,enriching the communication methods of flexible employment policies,and strengthening the grassroots publicity system of flexible employment policies;third,promoting the innovation of flexible employment policy services,including the establishment of precision Flexible employment training service system,construction of digital information management and consulting platform,and strengthening of financial support for independent entrepreneurship,etc.
